Funny, in the rabid frenzy to grab every straw, they cut a clip during our governorship debate where I was stating vital statistics and they claimed that I was “praising” Peter Obi then while committing a crime now by “criticising” him. Hahahaha! Well, it is true that I said during the debate that, according to National Bureau of Statistics, poverty in Anambra actually grew (from less than 25% in 2005) to about 53% under Peter Obi in 2010/2011 but fell under Willie Obiano to 14.78% in 2020. Yes, poverty more than doubled under Peter Obi and more than 50% of Ndi Anambra were in poverty under him. Go and verify! I am Governor, and sitting on privileged information which I will not want to use against a political opponent. But on matters of facts, I will always state same as is. As the saying goes, you can fool some of the people some of the time but never all the people all the time. Enough said for now!

Tinubu is a bastard drug dealing vagabond

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) donated N40 million to flood victims in Edo on Sunday.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the floods displaced about 32,893 persons in Etsako Central, Etsako East and Esan Southeast Local Government Areas of Edo.

The money was presented at the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camp at Oghomere in Etsako Central Local Government Area by former governor of Edo, Mr Adams Oshiomhole on behalf of Tinubu.

Oshiomhole said the money was for people whose farms and property were destroyed in the floods in the three local government areas.

According to him, Etsako Central which is the worst hit is to get 20 million, Etsako East N12 million while Esan Southeast will get N8 million.

“Tinubu wanted to come by himself, but the helicopter he wanted to use had a problem and couldn’t come, but because of the urgency to help the flood victims, he said I should represent him.

“Etsako Central which has more than 19,061 persons affected has N20 million; Etsako East with 7,742 persons affected gets N12 million while Esan Southeast with more than 6,000 victims gets N8 million.

Oshiomhole, who is contesting for the Edo North senate seat, pledged Tinubu’s commitment to solving the flood problem by constructing dams to receive water released at the Lagdo Dam in neighbouring Cameroon for irrigation farming.

“Tinubu said you should vote for him so as to be able to perpetually solve the problem of flood in the country.

“He said I should tell you people that he would build a dam that would be used to collect the water released from Lagdo Dam in Cameroon, if you vote for him.

“He also urged the people to vote for all APC candidates at the forthcoming elections so as to get more dividends of democracy.

“You people know what I did for you when I was the governor and I want you to also vote for me to go to the Senate and you will get more,’’ Oshiomhole said.

Responding on behalf of the communities, Alhaji Waziri Oshiomah, a community leader commended Tinubu for the donation and assured him of the peoples’ vote.

He used Obi's achievements to campaign last year self. Believe all these politicians at your own peril. Yesterday, Obaseki denied working against Obi by disallowing them to use the stadium for the rally but the same said obi called him he was coming and he was able to provide the necessary security arrangements and support for him? He's been talking possitively of obi since the latter showed interest to run. Same happened in Abia and Benue.

How can someone who was said to be against Obi denying ever making disparaging comments or refuting his achievements claims as governor of Anambra State? At the last minute,apga will step down for Obi, watch out!
