Order on 27th, processed on 31st, shipped on d 4th of January, and received on 15th of January. , so I have watched many reviews b4 d phone even enter naija

Some of these issues didn't come with updates tho like screen bleeding and lack of touch responsiveness.

I don't invalidate their complaints coz 1. I'm no expert and 2. there might not be an easy fix.

I feel lucky to have issues that i can live with.

I have watched that review even b4 I got d phone, also watched some India's review, no critical complain so far, I even asked some ppl in d miui forum b4 I updated the phone, and someppl also told me they had no issue., I guess it's a unit issue not software, some unit are not perfectly fine.

Mine isn't laggy but cannot hold up to 12 tabs open on chrome much less apps.

So far I have been using my poco on the pie update and I haven't face any single issue, open multiple apps, played pubg, planning on playing fortnite tonyt. The thing is this, most ppl don't know how a software works, but I don't want to waste my tym explaining, the internet is place for such things u can Google it, but the thing is this, if u r using a mobile phone and u encounter any bug on it, and someone using that kind of device don't, just try resetting ur phone, belief me it works perfectly!. Through out the tym I used my redmi note 5 no matter how much ppl complained, I never for once have any issue on it, everything was working smoothly.

Poco received yesterday , just paid 1k only. Sweet!

You'd have to wait for the buyer's protection to be over but pretty sure the phone will be here before then. You still have 21days to go.

i think its the December holiday that causes this thing, i also help someone to order earpod in nov, nd i avnt received it till now. spoke to d seller he said its already in nigeria that i shud wait for some few days more.....

The guy is just one corner phone repairer without a verified office. They are plenty for computer village. Trial and error kind, how can you give hotel number as your office and no one even know you there and even your number is not reachable at the weekend? Are you dangote or otedola? He never believe someone will ever trace that. Until you proof otherwise, that address is fake related to your business and unverifiable. What kind of business hustler is that? Even if you give a small office address that you are well known and tell them anyone that ask of you, they should call is understandable.
People that have done businesses with him were even lucky to get their device back because another story we will be saying now if he run away with their phones and he can't be traced. They will be accusing anybody that refers him to them because it is common here- any little things about repair, people mention his name without ever done business with him.
Anyone that wants to repair his or her phone should just get a competent repairer that can handle such especially if you get the replacement by your self.

so not cool, well thank God i can fix my stuffs myself....... .

So this dude right here is the most stupidest, arrogant, rude, intolerant person I have met in my life.
Bought a redmi note screen from him because mine broke few months back.
After fixing my phone I wanted to root my phone and try a gcam camera. So I searched and joined some telegrams group related to xiaomi note 5. Coincidentally, he's admin in one of the group. So seeing that I was like this is my guy now so I messaged him on WhatsApp. He provided some links to me but I didn't just get it because I didn't read it properly. I asked him few noob questions and later on he blocked me on WhatsApp. I wasn't moved by that and just moved on. That was a month back.
So today I tried to root the phone again and one step in the guide wasn't clear to me. So i headed to the telegram to ask the question.
