This seems an apparent
discrepancy unless of course both
statements are true. It was
towards the end of David's reign, and David was looking back over
his brilliant conquests, which had
brought the Canaanite, Syrian,
and Phoenician kingdoms into a
state of vassalage and
dependency on Israel. He had an attitude of pride and self-
admiration for his achievements,
and was thinking more in terms
of armaments and troops than in
terms of the mercies of God.
The Lord therefore decided that it was time that David be
brought to his knees, where he
would once again be cast back
onto the mercy of God. So he let
him go ahead with his census, in
order to find out just how much good it would do him, as the only
thing this census would
accomplish would be to inflate
the national ego (intimated in
Joab's warning against carrying
out the census in 1 Chronicles 21:3). As soon as the numbering
was completed, God intended to
chasten the nation with a
disastrous plague which would
bring about an enormous loss of
life (in fact the lives of 70,000 Israelites according to 2 Samuel
24:15).
What about Satan? Why would
he get himself involved in this
affair (according to 1 Chronicles
21:1) if God had already prompted David to commit the
folly he had in mind? It seems his
reasons were entirely malicious,
knowing that a census would
displease the Lord (1 Chronicles
21:7-cool, and so he also incited David to carry it through.
Yet this is nothing new, for there
are a number of other
occurrences in the Bible where
both the Lord and Satan were
involved in soul-searching testings and trials:
In the book of Job, chapters one
and two we find a challenge to
Satan from God allowing Satan to
bring upon Job his calamities.
God's purpose was to purify Job's faith, and to strengthen his
character by means of discipline
through adversity, whereas
Satan's purpose was purely
malicious, wishing Job as much
harm as possible so that he would recant his faith in his God.
Similarly both God and Satan are
involved in the sufferings of
persecuted Christians according
to 1 Peter 4:19 and 5:8. God's
purpose is to strengthen their faith and to enable them to
share in the sufferings of Christ
in this life, that they may rejoice
with Him in the glories of heaven
to come (1 Peter 4:13-14),
whereas Satan's purpose is to 'devour' them (1 Peter 5:cool, or
rather to draw them into self-
pity and bitterness, and down to
his level.
Both God and Satan allowed
Jesus the three temptations during his ministry on earth.
God's purpose for these
temptations was for him to
triumph completely over the very
tempter who had lured the first
Adam to his fall, whereas Satan's purpose was to deflect the
saviour from his messianic
mission.
In the case of Peter's three
denials of Jesus in the court of
the high priest, it was Jesus himself who points out the
purposes of both parties
involvement when he says in
Luke 22:31-32, "Simon, Simon,
Satan has asked to sift you as
wheat. But I have prayed for you Simon, that your faith may not
fail. And when you have turned
back, strengthen your brothers."
And finally the crucifixion itself
bears out yet another example
where both God and Satan are involved. Satan exposed his
purpose when he had the heart
of Judas filled with treachery and
hate (John 13:27), causing him to
betray Jesus. The Lord's
reasoning behind the crucifixion, however, was that Jesus, the
Lamb slain from the foundation
of the world should give his life
as a ransom for many, so that
once again sinful man could
relish in the relationship lost at the very beginning, in the garden
of Eden, and thereby enter into a
relationship which is now
eternal.
Thus we have five other
examples where both the Lord and Satan were involved
together though with entirely
different motives. Satan's motive
in all these examples, including
the census by David was driven
by malicious intent, while the Lord in all these cases showed an
entirely different motive. His was
a benevolent motive with a view
to eventual victory, while
simultaneously increasing the
usefulness of the person tested. In every case Satan's success was
limited and transient; while in
the end God's purpose was well
served furthering His cause
substantially.

population for Israel as 800,000,
whereas 1 Chronicles 21:5 says
it was 1,100,000. (Category: misunderstood the

There are a number of ways to
understand not only this problem but the next challenge as well,
since they both refer to the same
passages and to the same
census.
It is possible that the differences
between the two accounts are related to the unofficial and
incomplete nature of the census
(which will be discussed later), or
that the book of Samuel presents
rounded numbers, particularly for
Judah. The more likely answer, however,
is that one census includes
categories of men that the other
excludes. It is quite conceivable
that the 1 Chronicles 21:5 figure
included all the available men of fighting age, whether battle-
seasoned or not, whereas the 2
Samuel 24:9 account is speaking
only of those who were ready for
battle. Joab's report in 2 Samuel
24 uses the word 'is hayil, which is translated as "mighty men", or
battle-seasoned troops, and
refers to them numbering
800,000 veterans. It is
reasonable that there were an
additional 300,000 men of military age kept in the reserves,
but not yet involved in field
combat. The two groups would
therefore make up the 1,100,000
men in the 1 Chronicles 21
account which does not employ the Hebrew term 'is hayil to
describe them.
(Archer 1982:188-189 and Light
of Life II 1992:189-190) 3.2 Samuel 24:9 gives the round
figure Of 500,000 fighting men
in Judah, which was 30,000
more than the corresponding
item in 1 Chronicles 21:5. (Category: misunderstood the

Observe that 1 Chronicles 21:6
clearly states that Joab did not
complete the numbering, as he
had not yet taken a census of the tribe of Benjamin, nor that of
Levi's either, due to the fact that
David came under conviction
about completing the census at
all. Thus the different numbers
indicate the inclusion or exclusion of particular
unspecified groups in the nation.
We find another reference to
this in 1 Chronicles 27:23-24
where it states that David did
not include those twenty years old and younger, and that since
Joab did not finish the census the
number was not recorded in King
David's Chronicle.
The procedure for conducting the
census had been to start with the trans-Jordanian tribes (2 Samuel
24:5) and then shift to the
northern most tribe of Dan and
work southward towards
Jerusalem (verse 7). The
numbering of Benjamin, therefore, would have come last.
Hence Benjamin would not be
included with the total for Israel
or of that for Judah, either. In
the case of 2 Samuel 24, the
figure for Judah included the already known figure of 30,000
troops mustered by Benjamin.
Hence the total of 500,000
included the Benjamite
contingent.
Observe that after the division of the United Kingdom into the
North and the South following
the death of Solomon in 930 BC,
most of the Benjamites
remained loyal to the dynasty of
David and constituted (along with Simeon to the south) the
kingdom of Judah. Hence it was
reasonable to include Benjamin
with Judah and Simeon in the
sub-total figure of 500,000, even
though Joab may not have itemized it in the first report he
gave to David (1 Chronicles 21:5).
Therefore the completed grand
total of fighting forces available
to David for military service was
1,600,000 (1,100,000 of Israel, 470,000 of Judah-Simeon, and
30,000 of Benjamin).

there will be seven years of
famine whereas 1 Chronicles

There are two ways to look at
this. The first is to assume that
the author of 1 Chronicles emphasized the three-year
period in which the famine was
to be most intense, whereas the
author of 2 Samuel includes the
two years prior to and after this
period, during which the famine worsened and lessened
respectively.
Another solution can be noticed
by observing the usage of words
in each passage. When you
compare the two passages you will note that the wording is
significantly different in 1
Chronicles 21 from that found in
a 2 Samuel 24. In 2 Samuel 24:13
the question is "shell seven years
of famine come to you?" In 1 Chronicles 21:12 we find an
alternative imperative, "take for
yourself either three years of
famine..." From this we may
reasonably conclude that 2
Samuel records the first approach of the prophet Gad to
David, in which the alternative
prospect was seven years;
whereas the Chronicles account
gives us the second and final
approach of Nathan to the King, in which the Lord (doubtless in
response to David's earnest
entreaty in private prayer)
reduced the severity of that grim
alternative to three years rather
than an entire span of seven. As it turned out, however, David
opted for God's third preference,
and thereby received three days
of severe pestilence, resulting in
the deaths of 70,000 men in
Israel.

Now the reason I post this is because
Christians namely Craig Winn claim Islam is
not peaceful because Allah Warns of punishing
people who dont follow him etc. Now since
Christians believe that, then using their own
criteria and own arguments then the verses I
just posted show that it is infact their God who
is violent and non peaceful because as you can
see he will punish those who dont follow them
in a very harsh manner. So Christians should
not throw stones if they live in a glass house,
and they do live in a glass house. I wonder
what Craig Winn will have to see about these
verses, I mean he does believe in this God who
is warning of these punishments, if Christians
have a problem with Allah punishing people
then why dont they have a problem with their
own God when he says he will punish people?
So hence Christians must now admit their God
is violent and not peaceful since they say Allah
cant be God because of his wrath and
punishments, if Christians do not admit it then
they can no longer argue against Islam, if they
continue to use this silly argument on Islam
then they must leave their own religion. So
they are in a bad dilema now, attack Islam and

basically post what the Christian God will do as
a punishment to those who wouldnt follow
him:
1- God will cause his people to murdered and
massacared, and they will flee in all directions.
2- People will beget children but will not be
able to enjoy them because they will be sent
into slavery.
3- People's children shall be given to other
people and the parents will wish they could
have them back but they wont.

Now several things to note, notice how the
people are so scared of Joshua's people. They
are all filled with terror because of the acts
commited by Moses and Joshua under God's
commands. Now what do Christians have to
say about this? Look how their God installed
terror into the hearts of everyone, women and
children, and these people had no hope of
survival! Even if they were kids and women
who did not do anything. This is enough
evidence of the terror that was going around
under God's command.

So Joshua and his army storm a city, they kill
everyone as usual accept the harlot and her
familly. Is this not terror?

So as you can see, rape is allowed in certain
cases. When the victim is a virgin, she must
marry the rapist, if the victim is not a virgin
then the rapist is put to death. This law is a
shame and insult to rape victims, you bring me
one single lady who would want to marry her
rapist, and if Christians even try to defend this
then they are even more sick and their own
book which says it is okay. So hence you now
see that the Christian God Jesus allowed rape
in certain cases, this is why America seperated
Church and state, because Christian laws are
sick as you can see.

Chapter 23

the LORD. 2 A bastard shall not enter into the
congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation
shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD. 3
An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the
congregation of the LORD; even to their tenth generation
shall they not enter into the congregation of the LORD for
ever: 4 Because they met you not with bread and with
water in the way, when ye came forth out of Egypt; and

Now why cant these people go into the
congregation of the lord? What happened to
the God who hears all, and accepts all? It
seems at one time Jesus did not like bastards,
and did not like men without their private
parts! I wonder what the Christian has to say
to this. Why cannot Ammonites and Moabites
go into the congregation of the lord? What
again happened to the God who loves all and
hears all? It seems that the Christian God Jesus
is not very loving after all and that Christians
have been spreading a myth about their God.
Anyway, can we really accept such rubbish
like this?

Now I can understand that punishments like
this can be carried on, the reason I post this is
because CHRISTIANS do not accept things like
this. When they read in the Quran that it says
lash the ones who commit illegal sexual
intercourse, the Christians start ranting how
can you do such a thing! Thats so evil!!!!!! So I
am just using their own argument against
them, so as we see, the punishment of beating
a sinner is in their own book. Hence based on
their own arguments and own criteria, their
book and God is not peaceful and is evil, and
who is this God? It is Jesus.

An important note:

are falsely attributed to them.

and the evil that exists in it................................
Many Times Christians misquote passages from the
Quran on war and say that Islam is not valid
because of them because of the violence.
Christians say Muhammad cannot be a prophet
because he fought in wars and killed people,
they say Jesus never killed anyone nor harmed
any one, and that their God is loving and not a
killer. Are these comments true? The simple
answer is no, in this article I will quote several
verses from the Bible showing the brutal terror
found in it, I will be quoting from the OT.
Christians should have no problem with it,
since its the same God, so hence if the God of
the OT said kill then it means Jesus said kill
because he has no God. So Christians have no
way out of this mess.

Let us begin:
Deuteronomy
Chapter 2
32-37
And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have begun to give
Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possess, that thou
mayest inherit his land. 32 Then Sihon came out against
us, he and all his people, to fight at Jahaz. 33 And the
LORD our God delivered him before us; and we smote
him, and his sons, and all his people . 34 And we took all
his cities at that time, and utterly destroyed the men,
and the women, and the little ones , of every city, we left
none to remain. 36 From Aroer, which is by the brink of
the river of Arnon, and from the city that is by the river,
even unto Gilead, there was not one city too strong for us:
the LORD our God delivered all unto us
So Moses and his army killed women and
children. Moses broke the 6th
commmandment, thou shall not kill ANYONE.
Or I see, when its in war it okay? Yet when
Muslims say the 6th commandment is followed,
but in war its different, Christians say nooooo.
Either way, The Quran does not say kill women
and children, I CHALLENGE ANY CHRISTIAN
TO BRING THE VERSE RIGHT NOW. We see it
in your Bible, one of your greatest prophets
killing women and children by God's
permission, meaning Jesus allowed it! So hence
Jesus was responsible for killing women and
children, and so was Moses so according to the
Christians own argument, Moses cannot be a
prophet since he killed. Note Moses and his
army did this to many cities, verse 37 says
there was not one city which was strong
enough in the plural sense, hence up to 6 or 7
cities were destroyed with its women and
children? What is the Christian response?

1-7
1 Then we turned, and went up the way to Bashan: and Og
the king of Bashan came out against us, he and all his
people, to battle at Edrei. 2 And the LORD said unto me,
Fear him not: for I will deliver him, and all his people,
and his land, into thy hand; and thou shalt do unto him
as thou didst unto Sihon king of the Amorites , which
dwelt at Heshbon. 3 So the LORD our God delivered into
our hands Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people:
and we smote him until none was left to him remaining.
4 And we took all his cities at that time, there was not a
city which we took not from them, threescore cities, all
the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan. 5 All
these cities were fenced with high walls, gates, and bars;
beside unwalled towns a great many. 6 And we utterly
destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon,
utterly destroying the men, women, and children, of
every city . 7 But all the cattle, and the spoil of the cities,
we took for a prey to ourselves
Notice the killing spree, scores of cities were
raided by Moses and his army by the
permission of JESUS, and they killed women
and children! What does the Christian have to
say to this?

Chapter 7
1-6
1 When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land
whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many
nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and
the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and
the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and
mightier than thou; 2 And when the LORD thy God shall
deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and
utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with
them, nor show mercy unto them: 3 Neither shalt thou
make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not
give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy
son. 4 For they will turn away thy son from following me,
that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the
LORD be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly. 5
But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their
altars, and break down their images, and cut down their
groves, and burn their graven images with fire. 6 For
thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD
thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto
himself, above all people that are upon the face of the
earth
So note, Jesus allows Moses to completly destroy
cities and show NO MERCY, NO MERCY AT ALL
meaning you can do whatever you want to
them. Not only that, Jesus orders Moses and his
army to destroy all their images and their
places of worship, so much for religous
tolerance among Christians. So once again we
see Moses killing with NO MERCY as God Jesus
ordered, we also see no tolerance of other
religions, somethings which Christians rant
about Islam! This proves which religion is the
in-tolerant one, it is the Christian, their God is
in-tolerant to other religions as you see.

6-18
6 If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy
daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is
as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go
and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor
thy fathers; 7 Namely, of the gods of the people which
are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from
thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other
end of the earth; 8 Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor
hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither
shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him: 9 But
thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon
him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all
the people. 10 And thou shalt stone him with stones,
that he die ; because he hath sought to thrust thee away
from the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the
land of Egypt, from the house of bondage. 11 And all
Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such
wickedness as this is among you.
12 If thou shalt hear say in one of thy cities , which the
LORD thy God hath given thee to dwell there, saying, 13
Certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from
among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their
city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have
not known; 14 Then shalt thou inquire, and make search,
and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing
certain, that such abomination is wrought among you; 15
Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with
the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that
is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the
sword. 16 And thou shalt gather all the spoil of it into
the midst of the street thereof, and shalt burn with fire
the city, and all the spoil thereof every whit, for the
LORD thy God: and it shall be an heap for ever; it shall
not be built again. 17 And there shall cleave nought of the
cursed thing to thine hand: that the LORD may turn from
the fierceness of his anger, and show thee mercy, and have
compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath
sworn unto thy fathers; 18 When thou shalt hearken to the
voice of the LORD thy God, to keep all his commandments
which I command thee this day, to do that which is right
in the eyes of the LORD thy God.
Once again we the tolerance of the Christian
God Jesus. In these passages God says that
anyone who worships others Gods wherever
they be must be killed. Even if your antartica
and you worship some pagan deity you shall be
put to death. As the verse says, to the ends of
the world, meaning all over the world, so there
is no tolerance in the religion. God Jesus
orders his followers to stone the ones who dont
believe in him, and to kill them, and to destroy
the city with the sword and burn it and never
rebuild it. The ending ot the paragraph is very
interesting, God tells his followers TO KEEP all
his commandments which include this one! To
kill others who dont believe in him, so hence
no religous tolerance. So this rule STILL
APPLIES TODAY, because their God said:
keep all his commandments which I command thee this
day, to do that which is right in the eyes of the LORD
thy God.
Or did God change his mind? The God of the
OT does NOT change his mind:
"God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man,
that he should change his mind . Does he speak and then
not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?" Numbers 23:19
He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his
mind ; for he is not a man, that he should change his
mind." 1 Samuel 15:29
So hence the Christian God doesnt change his
mind so this rule still applies today, so
Christians are still ordered to kill us!

Chapter 21
18-22
18 If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will
not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother,
and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken
unto them: 19 Then shall his father and his mother lay
hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city,
and unto the gate of his place; 20 And they shall say unto
the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and
rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a
drunkard. 21 And all the men of his city shall stone him
with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away
from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear. 22
And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and
he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree
I wonder what Christians have to say about
that? So as you can see, a bad kid is stoned,
and bad men are hanged on trees for all to see.
I would really love to see what Christians have
to say to these verses. Remember the God the
Christians believe in is the same God of the
OT, so hence this is Jesus making these
commands. So Jesus commanded people to kill
their bad kids, to kill bad people and hang
them on a tree.

25-29
25 But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and
the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only
that lay with her shall die. 26 But unto the damsel thou
shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of
death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbor, and
slayeth him, even so is this matter: 27 For he found her in
the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was
none to save her. 28 If a man find a damsel that is a
virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and
lie with her, and they be found; 29 Then the man that lay
with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty
shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he
hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days
