Nairalanders,
Its unfortunate that we who are supposed to be the champions of unity are bent on dis-harmonious propagations. I urge us to be more constructive in this forum than we are doing now-attaching sentiments to our posts.

Please Fredericko check the date (28/07/08) for the test in question. This is confusing.

Respectfully I say this: Otega you are sounding sentimental on this issue. No matter how Amina responded to you, it was not worth describing her as "USELESS NORTHERNER". Do you know whether she is a southerner bearing that name? After all, we have Yorubas that bear Amina. Please I advise that you guard your utterances. This forum, I believe, is not meant for sentimental approach to issues.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nnpc Mail Size Exceeding The Stipulated 500kilobytes. by Abegye: 4:26pm On May 25, 2008
This is for those that have not sent their scanned certificates yet.

Please make sure you re-size (reduce the size) of your certificates to a reasonable size before sending.
This is how you do it: Make sure you scanned cert is is in jpeg. Right click on it, click edit, a window will open for you to edit, locate image on the menu bar and select stretch/skew, another window will po-up giving you the current size oy your image most often you will see stretch horizontal and vertical in 100%, reduce this to get a reasonable size.
I re-sized my six certificates and all of them amounted to 480KB. This is my suggestion
Jobs/Vacancies / For All Guys Going For Exxonmobil Test by Abegye: 11:47am On Jan 11, 2008
Hi guys,
This is to respond to the demand for ExxonMobil's Aptitude test format. Please, this is a clue from the ExxonMobil test for IT trainees I wrote on 5th December,2007 in Lagos, I feel this will guide you guys.
The test is in 4 parts.

1st Part: Verbal reasoning-You will be provided with a passage of information and you will be required to evaluate a set of statements by selecting one of true, false or cannot say.

2nd Part: Numerical reasoning-You will be required to answer questions using facts and figures.

3rd Part: Inductive reasoning,or Abstract reasoning-You will be given flexible unfamiliar information sometimes scrambled as diagrams and you will be expected to provide solution.

4th Part: Skills test-You will be tested on the field you are applying for. So prepare in that field.

NOTE: Please I would like to advise that if you are still serving, do not bother to go because those that are still serving were turned back that day. It's an advice anyway.

I wish you the best
