Please I have a valid visa to the US, this is my second Visa . I used the first one, but I'm not sure I will be able to use this before it expires.

My cousin mentioned that if you don't use your visa before it expires, at the point of renewal which will be by drop box ,you will be invited for interview.

Please how true it this , can't find this information anywhere.

nope ur sister is very close in obtaining stay with the UK home office, I think after that 5yrs, come 1yr and the last 10yrs visa, so they might purposely denial her to have an interview with her to ascertain something best known to the US embassy

that maybe mispresentation , it always happen when filling the form on ds 160... if you change your email address, home address, any details be it without proper back up it might cause denial and again having 5 yrs visa in uk she is very close to obtain stay in uk... that may be another reason, so by building her way in the US might be slim alot of things are put into consideration, make she take solo about the US visa she shld pursue the UK visa line

I got a single entry visa 2 months ago for a business trip and I've since made the trip and i'm back. The reason it was single entry is apparently i'm still establishing ties to my home country.

I'm thinking of maybe taking a vacay to the US late next year or the year after.

What is the process like if i want to re-apply considering it wouldn't be a business trip? Same hectic process?

Ok, I have an aunt who has never overstayed her visa, last time she travelled she stayed for only 2 weeks in New York, she still has a 5 years UK visa to expire in 2021, she has been to SA and Ghana several times, is there a legit reason to refuse her?

I guess that she need a drop box for her renewal but she must always present a good reason to travel, yes she will be granted visa again

There is a Question on Ds 160 that ask you to thick yes or no

it make mention about relative maybe you shld go back to ds 160 form...

The VO is looking to see if you have ties that will bring you back to Nigeria. i am a single woman and I have never been denied a visa. Even as a university student i got a visa to go for a conference. I know people who got visas with 400k salary on their DS160 form.
