When i had pcos,i did took metformin and aspirin for long got tired and switched to seedling,did exercise,changed by diet ,did fertility massage,made ginger,turmeric and cinnamon tea and always declaring what i wanted and God did it

I'm on a low bodyweight and diabetes ruled out ,, wished I could do metformin
This doctor spoiled my mood with the mention of surgery. I'm everything except for seedling. Please explain how it is and what's your diet like

So I messed up my sperm cells with the use of PROVIRON 25mg administered daily for 90 days when SFA was 35mill. cells (see test results).
Now, I have a SFA result that shows less than 7 million sperm cells.
I'm trying to recover quickly as I have a DW to get pregnant.

Your advice is needed for the best drugs/supplements to take, even herbs too.

There's 5 months left in the year and we don't want to leave anything to chance.
I've seen Addyzoa, Manix, Chlomid, FertileAid, Wellman+ etc on here.
I need to invest on the right combination to achieve the required count, motility and sperm morphology in record time.

I'm going for another SFA test after the elections tomorrow but based on my last test results I need to plan ahead.
