AU consolidated this week even if the weekly closed bearish.

If June’s monthly low is traded through and no significant sms up on the daily then this negates my expectations for a bullish AU.

If it continues going lower I would like to see 31-05-23 low taken but the new week will tell us more on this.

Had some losses and scaled back the account to 100k.

The goal is keeping the account.

Also I learnt alot about myself as I journaled my trades. I see the market as a true reflection of my greed and patience.

0.26% profit. I used 1/6 of the max lot size i.e 5 lot for Fx with the 1/6 rule is 5/6> 0.8lot same for NQ just to discipline myself and grow confidence as time goes there lot size will be increased.

Missed two trades on Wednesday, AU and NQ which were both correct.

Always journal your trades entries and how to improve them if it was a loss and have a trading plan you follow.

The journal I made from last month helped with my bias on NFP and it was a successful trade. Target for this month is for the account to survive, no unrealistic target. Consistency is the goal here.😁

Last week Friday, I hit my target of 10% on TFT and posted it here which was followed by some recommendations as regards to stopping trading when 10% is achieved.

The following Monday, I continued trading the account and I almost hit the daily draw down. The account was down close to $5k which made me to stopped trading immediately. (Opening of 5 positions with 5&3 lot for currency and indices pairs)

Fortunately, I was able to trade it back to 10% the next two days. LoL

It's still possible Chief.

Me too. I recently started analyzing dxy cos of the correlation with EU.

Tho that Friday sell off was expected just say man no remember again cos I was waiting for that sell to happen around Monday-Wednesday.

As e no gree occur, i die the move only to wake up on Friday morning and start seeing things

Tho I don’t really know where dollar Is heading now but It will be clear by monday

Dxy has broken a breaker block and is in retest phase.
If it retest this zone. Then I'll be looking for short entries tho I've already placed a sell limit order on EU

Sell setups. I've not yet set my limit on GU because I don't know the zone I might enter off of. I'd wait for a CHoCH on the LTF for a confirmation before I enter.
