Keji74: The test went fine. First part was on questions on the city I grew up in and how it helped my growing up,my high school teachers(did I like them? What a question.....lol), then she asked if i like working in groups, what are the benefits of working in group, what do i hate about working in group; 2nd part......describe a recent conversation you had and how important it was to you, 3rd part, she was asking me technical questions...in your culture, how easy do people like to talk with strangers, compare men-men conversation and women-women conversation; what are the common topics of conversation in your culture; do you prefer face-to-face conversation or phone conversation......imagine those questions! What concern me with common conversations in my culture....but I just dey answer them smartly one by one. All in all, twas good. Expecting a good result. well all the same sha God will put us through...im apply to australian school..which country are you applying? |

Keji74: Had my speaking test today. It went fine. I wanna advise those yet to have theirs, in addition to all the preparations you will make, PREPARE YOUR MIND. I mean, you must be able to think fast. Most probably, what you have prepared for is HOW to answer the questions, but you also need to be sharp and smart to know WHAT answers to give, especially in the 3rd section. Goodluck! u right the question is not hard...but some kinda twist in the third one..the subject given to me is abt a novel....I answered the first n second section...but the third section where she ask abt the influence of detective novel n examples in Nigeria where as I dnt read read such novels..my reading is based on articles, newspapers e.t.c...I Just answered her abruptly n the rest follows... |

Juss had my speaking test today..the test is not really hard but the lady that interviewed me is super strict compare to the other interviewer that attended to my colleagues,to my utmost surprise the interviewer that attended to the people I met their were so friendly which happens to be a man, to the extent that before he press the record button he already know you are nervous and will calm you down with with little discussion before he press the record button..in my own case tis diff she Juss go straight to the point with hardy face,I was like what kind of soap did I use today with alil bit nervous....all the same I committed everything unto God's hands n also goodluck to the rest of the intending candidates on here...God bless our hustle. |

berildan: Someone recently sent a parcel through a postal service company abroad. All was well until it reached Nigeria and was handed over to NIPOST. The recipient then sent the sender a message that someone was asking for compensation for paying customs fees for the parcel and that he should make a payment to them for over 10k. The parcel is slightly above 5kg and has since reached the recipient's location in Nigeria. However they're asking for customs fees to be paid to their personal accounts (this is what makes me skeptical. Whatever happened to official Customs' account numbers?) before the recipient can take delivery of the parcel.
Do you guys think this is normal? |
Business › Re: Is NIPOST Trying To Defraud Him? by abidex0z(m): 8:58pm On Mar 08, 2016 |
this is somehow fishy....I received a package from my fiancee in Australia last week through Nipost...although when the courier man came to my apt in surulere I was not at home,so he left me a receipt to come to their office in order to claim the package so i went to the po in surulere based on the address the package was sent to,afterwards I paid them #500 for handling charges for small package of 1kg....all I know is that Nipost can not ask you to pay into their personal acc,you go to the nearest post office in your city to claim your parcel with the receipt you will be given by the courier man... |
