I don't know how this is going to help but I'm passing through the same thing now, rule number one is don't panic (fear) be calm at all times especially when that feeling of worthlessness comes, you'll over come it, stop thinking too much mostly about thinks that hurt your heart, be calm at all times, I read that you should eat well, go out in the sun ( let the sun scorch you and remind you that you are alive ), those pictures you see in your head though they're very compelling, just forget it, it is what it is just pictures, read your bible and try to focus on things you used to find funny or you used to love, when you make mistakes don't think much on it, when you read a whole article and all you remember is death, just forget it you'll be Alright, God is the healer, everything will be fine in time, distance yourself from things that gives you anxiety and try to do things that you used to fear like confronting people and looking them in the eye, desist from anger and anything that'd pinch the heart....you'll be fine dear, it's happening to me as I write this but don't worry you'll laugh soon, always be in company of friends, old ones or make new ones, just go with the flow of now. 1 Like |
