The Federal High Court

The Federal High Court is the third in rank and is headed by the Chief Judge and contains the number of Judges allowed may be preassigned by an Act of the National Assembly.


However, it can be properly constituted if it contains at least one Judge of the Court. It has original jurisdiction in civil cases, and matters as set out under Section 251 (1) of the 1999 Constitution. It can be found in more than 15 states in the country.

State High Court

The Section 255 of the 1999 Constitution provides for the provision of a High Court in each of the states in Nigeria and the FCT. Each of these courts are headed by a chief judge.



While the number of judges is determined by the State House of Assembly and the National Assembly in the case of the High Court of the FCT.

It has the largest jurisdiction under the 1999 Constitution in civil and criminal cases and has the appellant jurisdiction over decisions of Customary Courts, Area Courts, Magistrate Courts, etc.

I was forced to pay for 2 pint of blood in fmc Abeokuta even when my wife already delivered safely without using blood.

I make 20k+ every week with stake of less than 200k. It all depend on bet count. If the 350k is not through high Stake, ut is very very possible, it may not be up to 50k though but way above 30k.

Oshiomole removal ahead of apc primary election is the only thing that will make Obaseki sleep well

It is actually in Obaseki's best interest for Oshiomole to remain the party chairman. They can still use the Presidency or other means to persuade him to forgive Obaseki in the interest of the party but once he's removed as the national chairman, Oshiomole will go full swing on Obaseki .

It is the national championship position that is restraining Oshiomole because he need to thread carefully but once that is removed, Oshio will play spoiler role against the party and he may even float another party in the state

Usually I do gradual withdraw but this my latest baby doesn't understand gradual AT ALL so I had to go cold turkey on her.
I simply rubbed aloe Vera on my tips and let mother nature do her job. She was even running for the breast Laslas and yes, her appetite has greatly improved although she was a foodie from day 1.

Thanks ma. I am just concerned because she mostly cry for the breast at midnight. She might go 12 hours without nearing the breast during the day but it is war at night o. It is always funny the way she display when she noticed the breast is not in her mouth at midnight.

Since she takes water well, try substituting night time breastfeed with water gradually. That was how we weaned. Gradually replace all night feeds with water till all she takes at night is water. The day we succeeded with only water all through the night was the day we finally stopped. Daytime was easier cause we could easily distract with other foods. We weaned without stress or tears
