This has been happening for some years now but it seems like it's on the increase now. Scrap dealers / street riffraffs merchandising the rail parts in many parts of Enugu especially remote areas. Government and security agencies should look into this.

The decoder itself is 11,000 naira only then 1 year subscription of 1,500 naira totalling 12,500 naira only.

The decoder comes with an indoor antenna but you'll have to get an outdoor antenna like GoTv antenna to be able to get signals.
