Which would you prefer among the following? 1. A lecturer that teaches without bringing notes to class. 2. A lecturer who teaches with notes. |
There are three types nd lecturers. 1. One that comes to teach without note. He teaches offhand. 2. One that comes with notes. He teaches teaches and look into the notes. What's your choice? |

Planning to buy Volkswagen Touareg. What advantages or challenges should I expect from it? Thanks for your advice in advance. |
I did not experience any of the items the op stated. I think we should mention the names of such lecturers and the university. Other ppl can then confirm or debunk the claims. If the lecturer knows that ppl are complaining about his/her methods, it is another way of bringing change to the sector. Such things may happen in village schools though. |
water of course! It does the job perfectly. |
what about your pastor/imam for spiritual guidance? |
In those days, people consulted oracle before embarking on projects. Can you consult spiritualists/imams/pastors before taking major steps in life. |
Provide more details: location and available relevant documents |
Having read your story, I made the following deductions: You married a good man and he made you comfortable You no longer wish to be a 2nd wife. My opinion: You need to look before you leap so that you dont lose all you have. Are you aware that many ladies are still single and seriously searching even at 30+? Do you know guys will normally not marry a divorcee especially if she already has a kid? Consider your looks: why was it that you did not attract single guys while your hubby was wooing you? Do you think you can attract other single guys? Apart from your looks, what other things do you have as assets that can attract guys? How will you avoid players? Just think about these before you take your decision. |

Many have accused private secondary schools of assisting their students during external exams. The schools provide answers to questions and pay the invigilators to look away as candidates engage in exam fraud. And their subsequent percentage pass rate attracts more new students the following year. Is it possible then to get any good school which has not been so tainted? can a school proprietor break even without being so unscrupulous? |
you guys talk as if each region can really fend for itself. It aint so easy! |
There have been prediction about Nigeria disintegrating in 2015. what is your take on this? |

We entered our room only to find our room mate lying flat on his back in bed. i just noticed that his eyes were half open and concluded that he was pretending to be asleep. But after about 5 mins, he hadnt moved an inch. We went to verify: he was in deep sleep! Is it normal to sleep with your eyes open? |
This lecturer had a book that he wanted us to photocopy. He did not give it to anyone. He had a copier in his office and said all of us must go there and photocopy it in the office. Those of us who refused to do so were sent out of his class. |
Ilovenigeria:Which school was that? |
This piece was posted by Abiyamọ on fb. Okay, there is this bizarre thing that Nigerian students do, even those in the secondary school. Whenever a student is celebrating a birthday or graduation, his or her colleagues will get water, splash on the celebrant, tear the clothes and give the celebrant a proper beating. In some other places, the colleagues and friends will get the dirtiest materials ever, I mean the most filthy things they can lay their hands on, like gutter water, soak away fluids or even urine or faeces, or rubbish and pour on the celebrant or throw him or her in the dustbin and empty all sorts of refuse. I saw a clip of some students of the Kogi State University doing this. All in the name of celebration o! Okay, what do you think about this? Is this an example of jagbajantis mentality or some cool trend? What do you think? |
