I read it somewhere that 50% will go to their catchment areas as it is with their trainings, there will be national spread and to maintain competition, 3:1 ratio will be adopted (interview-final selection ratio).
Pass mark would also be released after the completion of the test.

kai! the standard this people set is VERY HIGH. Though I wasn't told what the exact cut-off is, but i think it should be around 70-80. It is well my people. Seems merit may work out somehow from what i'm hearing.

This is practically impossible unless they decided to disenfranchise some states from the recruitment exercise. The highest candidate from my state so far had 60% for both GT and EH

I don't think they'll invite up to 1000 candidates for an interview. And cut off will depend on the performance from our respective states.
Bayelsa will get slots more than any other state, then to be followed by her fellow Niger Delta States and then the rest.

See this one, the approval for this recruitment was signed in the SGF office around February this year with some slot allocated to that office and other powerful people. First hand info from an insider.
Pray that the federal character commission would reserve little slots for the common people.

Stop being a pessimist guy, when did it become the responsibility of the SGF to give approval for recruitments into MDA's?
If they like, they could have shared all the slots instantly without even advertising and nothing will happen, ncdmb has displayed every signal that this recruitment will be transparent. Which federal agency ever released its test scores immediately like this? Is this not a green light that all will be well?

There's nothing like cut off marks. They'll just invite the best candidates from each state.

There will be no general cut off mark. The performance of candidates from your State or Geopolitical Zone will determine.

Times you should start your test:
10am, 11am, 12pm, 10:30am or 11:30am

Forget all these information springing up and follow what you have in your mail to avoid "stories that touch".
Those with CBT centres, go to your centres to take your test.
Those with visual, use a system to take the test and "try" not to use your phone.
I am saying this because I took a visual exam recently, there are rules attached, your webcam and your audio must be on for monitoring and once you start the test, you cant move.
A phone sometimes hinders this and you "might" be disqualified for this.
For those that will quote me; I did not say using a phone equals disqualification, I said "might".

P.S...I dont know how testmi works, they might be flexible and they might just be like dragnet visual test I took, very rigid. So let's just be careful, this is a great opportunity, so on our part, we shouldnt use little things to dent our chances.

The who ptdf should be cancelled infact or its core functions be transferred to NCDMB, it is much more functioning in developing local talents.

This is one week to the test day and no information about the test location.....if there are just 16 locations across the country as said here then it is likely that many persons will have to travel...at least one week notice will aid preparation......but no info from them.
