My dear, ur analysis is flawed. Have u been to the north lately? They learnt their lesson from d past. Intellectually, North and SE are practically on d same level. The Almajiri will not even be foolish enough to blow up investments. Educationally, North youth have PHDs and MSc at 23,24,25. I know this cause i have been there.
The truth is SE has been so lost in hatred it did not see when every other community passed it by.
