Juventus played good football. No one saw them scoring 3 pass Madrid, I have to give it to them. Sergio Ramos absense affected Madrid I guess.
And I think some of u should stop the blasphemy on Madrid. Last year's quarter final btw barca n PSG was kinda similar n everyone said it was the greatest come back of all time, without acknowledging the fact that the ref helped Barcelona.
If anyone should be blamed, I think it's the ref - for allowing the match to go on for more than 7mins. That was uncalled for...
But that was a penalty n it was well taken by ronaldo.
The red card on Buffon though, I dunno. Except he said something bad to the ref or prolly 'cos he pushed the ref, I think it should have been a yellow card. He's the captain n only him could talk to the ref, guess he was pissed n overreacted...
Madrid got a lot of work to do if they wanna retain the trophy. Messed up big time. .
But all the same, congrats to them.
Please you didn't watch the match stop saying the ref allowed the match to progess up to 97mins.
Penalty was awarded around the 93rd min, juve players started their protest and during the process red card was issued to buffon the keeper.
They had to wait for a substitution for a new keeper.
The keeper came in around 97mins so how is it the refree's fault that the game progressed to 97mins?

Bro, he shoved the refree.

August 13, 2017, Ronaldo did same thing in el classico and he was given his marching orders. Everybody agreed that it was a red card offence and even started listing fifa rules and regulations just because Ronaldo was involved.

Benatia was stupid, if it were to be chiellini that was with Vasquez, he would have tactically disoriented Vasquez to lose that ball.

And did anyone take notice that matuidi goal was a foul on keylor navas. The ball was on navas hands but the speed at which matuidi came, knocked the ball off his hand.
As much as i agree that madrid deserved that penalty, juventus 3rd goal was no foul from matuidi but rather school boy goal keeping error from navas who caught the ball and dropped it again. If he knows he couldn't hold firmly to the ball, he should have pointed it out. .
Navas was solely responsible for the 3rd goal

To the fools and bigots on this thread claiming Ronaldo was absent for 90minutes need to be evaluated by a psychologist.

What about the passes he gave to Isco and the likes? Even his pass header gave way to the penalty and trust me, to score a penalty kick in such tense atmosphere is no easy feat.
Don't mind them. Most of them na barca fans.

Buffon and his cohorts used 5 minutes to harass the poor ref doing his job

Ref was against Juventus but nevertheless Liverpool is going to embarrass Madrid.
If Ref was against Juve, he would have no reason cancelling the goal scored by isco afterall he was standing thesame line with the juve player just his arm was ahead of the juve player.

If the ref throughly wanted Madrid to win,he would award the goal and Madrid would probably have used that as moral boost to score 2 more goals to that.

Now about the penalty awarded to madrid, that juve guy that fouled Vasquez have fouled or (you mat call it hard tackle) 2 madrid pkayer 2 mins or so b4 that and the ref already had his eyes on him. Me i don't blame the Ref for awarding the penalty because I'm sure Vasquez would have scored that goal except benzema is his mentor.

If Mikel odogu was on the pitch today, the polish people would have felt the impact of our attack and we would have scored more than a goal. That I am very certain off.

This game was almost like our last world Cup qualifier against Algeria that mikel wasn't present.

Good defense but poor transition from midfield to attack.

Serbia go collect on Tuesday grin grin

Rohr invites Mikel, Onazi, Moses, 25 others for Poland, Serbia friendlies

Super Eagles’ Technical Adviser, Gernot Rohr has listed captain Mikel John Obi, midfielder Ogenyi Onazi and playmaker Victor Moses in his 28 –man squad to battle Poland’s fellow Eagles and Serbia in pre-FIFA World Cup friendly matches this month.

Home –based goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa, who stood between the pipes for the very crucial last four World Cup qualifying games (home-and-away to Cameroon, home to Zambia and away to Algeria), leads the goalkeeping section and will be joined by new boy Francis Uzoho and Daniel Akpeyi.

Former junior international Kenneth Omeruo is back among the defenders, as Joel Obi among the midfielders, while Eagles’ B stalwarts, defender Stephen Eze and forward Gabriel Okechukwu, are also handed opportunities.

Russia –based Brian Idowu, who scored against Argentina on his debut in a friendly in Krasnodar in November last year, and Al Ahly of Egypt’s Junior Ajayi, who earned an Olympic bronze in Brazil in 2016, are also called.

Three –time African champions Nigeria will trade tackles with the Bialo-Czerwoni (White and Red) or Eagles, as the Senior National Team of Poland is known, at the 43,000 –capacity Stadium Wroclaw on Friday, 23rd March 2018.

Four days later, the Eagles will take to the pitch against the Senior National Team of Serbia at The Hive, London - home ground of Barnet FC and London Bees.
