They are different, the one I have posted is in Zanzibar while that of kazikazi is in Dar. They are all public

Simiyu New regional Hospital. In Tanzania we have 30 regions and each region has it's own referral Hospital. A region can have like 5 district which have also their hospitals. From that we have wards, villages and street. Ward should have a Health/Medical centre while village/ street should have a dispensary.

I think the problem is price of goods compare to lower basic salary. It seem Ghana is worse on that.

It was 2010 and it is clearly stated she died because of starvation and lack of care since her mother ran away. There was no draught, no hunger or shortage of food in Tanzania.

I think Chinese are building Nigeria SGR- so it's either Chinese standard class A or Class B. Class A is more expensive - like Kenya. Ethiopia is Class B. Tanzania are building using AREMA (European standard)-which is class B (Chinese).

The Tz railway will be electrified that means we will not spend a lot amount of foreign currency to import diesel and the running cost will be low compared to diesel train.
