The line at the top of Mr Dino photocopied certificate was cut off so as to use a different "A" number on the top right corner. The line across the top of the page is where the original document was cut off and photocopied with a different certificate to show different/altered "A" number.

So many other proof across that copy by Dino that shows forgery.

Wrong about what exactly? You just showed that one can be taken to criminal court on criminal charges, AND civil court on civil charges. In OJ's case, the civil charges were loosely related to the criminal case; murder. I.e. Ron Goldman wouldn't have ever taken OJ to civil court if a murder didn't happen.

You yourself provided grounds for criminal charges in this Dino case. I add that there are also grounds for civil charges as well.

For the time being ABU has said he graduated. Educated people that respect the rule of law are interested only in what can proven. So far, it seems Sen. Melaye did indeed graduate (regardless of how weak his marks were).
