bestviewer:Do you have any other things you can say apart from this? Your aim is to destroy this beautiful thread but I'm assuring you that you can't succeed. You are like ukpaka that has no direction, ur life is full of bitterness because u are very poor, you are just idle wasting. ____I've draw the line, you can't get my attention again. |
Who let this mad dog out again?^^^^ Can't we have a normal discussion here again? Horsepower101 answered Afam4eva his post that .. we the individuals don't wait for government to tarred Roads before we start our building constructions. Mtcheeeeew!!! |
Hmmm Nsukka is being transformed into a beautiful city. The Gov is really working. A little flowers on both sides work will do wonders. |
spyder880:Asaba is a beautiful city with cool weather. The little problem I observed here that red soil which should have been covered through German floor. This is where I have to commend Dave Umahi of Ebonyi state, immediately he assumed office he directed every shops that's opposite any roads in the city to do German floor up to the edge of the road or loose ur office or shop. Today, there's nothing like red earth in the major Street of Abakaliki. I wish other states governors who have not do that to emulate this gesture. Our only problem is an open gutter or sewage... Dat one na trap |
horsepower101:Soil texture is the main issue here. In Ebonyi, there's nothing like erosion or wasteland, the soil is strong enough to hold anything. Nothing like cut off road by erosion. |

selemempe:Oga Spyder880 oya ga legharie anya biko. |
vedaxcool:guy, it is you who is going right left... The person you quoted has revealed the whole truth, Saraki has no power whatsoever to order DSS to blockade the whole of National Assembly of federal Republic of Nigeria. Though Nigeria is like an animal farm and zoo... Anything goes |
selemempe:Well, this business is not what you can stay faraway and be ordering ur cousins , nephews and brothers to do... U must be on the field to arrange many things before moving back to wherever you're staying, this business needs passion and every other necessity. 1,plots of land... 5 to 10 plot of land would be OK for a start, when you grow to a certain level you can expand to a more bigger environment. 2,numbers of cow, these depend on ur purchasing power but 200 cows is a good number and if God and nature be by ur side within 4 to 6 years you would be supplying to many market and companies. 3,About the prices of a local cow(efi-Igbo), these also depend on their sizes, the bigger the higher price and the female is costlier than the male but if you are buying in bulk the prices can come down a little. The last time bought efi Igbo (ie Nov Last year) is between 90000 to 100k. As for local goats, those ones don't have special prices. |
selemempe:In every business they're items that are moving faster than the others,in meat business and in any average home in Nigeria it is cow, goat and fowl meat before others, pig is not that desirable for many. These are hidden businesses that can fetch one a huge fortune but many people are not looking that way. Fish farming is also a Goldmine. |
Ofodirinwa:Instead of pork, concentrate all ur energies in rearing cow, goat, fowl and fish. |

Good for them. Buhari should go and rest biko |
The reason(s) why most of our rich business men hardly go to cattle ranching is because of it long term returns, it will take 'efi-Igbo' more than 3 to 4 years before it can grow to a reasonable size, more so, it hardly breed like other animals unless if there's any other means like Cjrane2 mentioned above- like 'artificial insemination' and the like. The worst scenario here is that our state government is not yet prepared for such long term tax because our continuity is our biggest problem here. The only people that can make it in this sector are the serious minded individuals who can wait for a very long time before making their money. These are the many reasons why fulanis are succeeding in the business because they can wait. |
At least they did not use the stadium. Massive hungry crowd up there. |
ebig21:lol ![]() Exactly |
colestephan86:Hahahahah ![]() |
My problem is how to escape with the money, you can't tempt a monkey with a banana. As for my child, I will tell him that I'm helping the man to save his money. |
I don't think the stadium is in anyway under reconstruction but the Gov decided not to open gate for APC then let them find alternative. We abhor APC in all round. |
I read everything and I agreed with the OP. Better we start with what we have than inviting lizard to come and dance egwu-surugede for us. |
Johnsown1:Those forces are hapless, just like zombies... Any other they'll follow. Fela |
Sleekfingers:Dat one concerns you. Is there anyway Nigeria can be salvaged again? No.... So we want out asap |
Nigeria is under a spell and nobody can help her.
Igbos want out. |
