Due to the way they're telling the story , one season is enough
Twas a smart decision to make it one season
Nobody wants to see a show like that for multiple seasons
To be honest the only reason I like Defending Jacob is cause of the cast and I know it's just 8 episodes
So I can just relax and enjoy it
But I get why you won't recommend it tho, I won't either.

I enjoyed our discussion, cos majority of discussion almost every time ends with insults.

This was good.

But big little lies stopped being a limited series when they decided to do a season 2 with the possibility of a third.

Twas too good(the season one) and fans had to ask for more.

I know Defending Jacob is a limited series but I doubt there will be any asking for season 2 as it was with Big Little Lies.

Except the remaining episodes comes with some off the chart cliffhanger.

thanks man, though I've watched most of the TV series but will watch the Godless and zerozerozero after I'm through with iron fist, I just started watching it and I'm really enjoying it

Big Little lies was also a limited series and I will recommend for anyone without batting an eye.

The premise on which the whole series is built for me is a bit lousy.

And its not ur regular law series with lawyers dropping facing off in the court.

Its almost like question and answer. I am currently seeing it, I just want to see how it will end.

I won't recommend.

You can try and see the first 3episodes if it is your kind of series.

My take: I think the first season was great, second season was average(not too bad, not too exceptional), third season was trash.

Now eh, series are just anyhow when you look at the storyline

1. Defending Jacob: Dude saw a dead body, touch it and ran cos he thought people will think he killed the dead guy, and his IQ is supposedly very high.

That's what caused all the trouble.

2. White lines: Yes, I said it has everything, from nudity,sex to drama, but the premise is still foolish if you look at it.

Brother dies freaking 20years ago and you come to the island to come and investigate and find out who killed him.

Your profession: Freaking librarian.

Genre: Action, Adventure, Drama

From majestic visuals, to colours that infuses every scene with haunting beauty, & lastly, to the jaw dropping cinematography, this flick had it all, it all seemed as though i was seeing a sequel to Hero. Though it was nowhere near Hero.

Plot was ok & a lil bit twisty. Acting & dialogues were good. Music score, fight scenes, martial arts choreography and special effects were all on point. The brightly coloured costumes were a visual spectacle to behold.

All in all, it was captivating & truly a feast for the eyes.

Now this was a movie, saw it when I was in University, loved it.

I guess it's the series Achilles200 referred to yesterday. I downloaded the movie instead. I didn't regret it tho.

I didnt even know there was a movie about about till I saw your comment and went to watch the trailer of the movie.

It's freaking identical. I feel like I should watch the movie, and if I do, I might not follow the series again.
