The company didn't say results will be communicated within 10 days. They said U should be ready to participate in the programme at least 10 days after the result has been communicated.

So...results can even be communicated on monday!

There are so many speculations abt this HARPS recruitment, basically because their recruitment process and pattern is somehow off from what we r used to in Nigeria (such as submission of CV, even cover letter, den write dragnet, SHL, GSE or GMAT exam if shortlisted, followed by series of interview).
I think it's better we keep our fingers crossed as d whole process unfold, thank God many people are involved.
About the salary, somebody mentioned 150k after d training.....I'm not convinced because their recruitment last year was for experienced graduates and the salary they stated there (for 2years experience) is not even up to that figure you gave. Except ur info is 100% authentic #justSAYING.

Uncle, please bear in mind that basis salary is different from total package!

If you check the advert you are talking about, you would see that they wrote clearly X amount PA (Per Annum) plus other Allowances!

You should however note that in big companies, allowances most times supercedes basic salary!

W W...I got 100% but i wouldn't say it was too cheap. Those of you who failed 1 or 2 questions might be because of oversight. It requires a lot of concentration, and good thing for me was, I could go back and crosscheck my answers after everything because there was enough time. All the best if you have/haven't done.

The essay was the selection determinant for test.
I don't think the company will leave its selection for a computer to generate, we will eventually get to the "tender your qualification" phase.
So logically, there will be a cut off mark and a direct or indirect interview, it might only be a fast process.
This is just basic instinct, no concrete source.

Well, according to the Man i connected with on LinkedIn, he said no more test. He said employment will be confirmed after three months of on-the-job- training, and that successful candidates will be absorbed into the company:Three divisions exist: Energy sector[Oil and Gas] (In Lagos), Marine (Abuja) and Property (Abuja and Nasarawa)!

He said no cut off mark...that the system (computer) will arrange the best scores based on the number of applicants that the company intends to employ. When i asked him how many applicants the company intends to employ, he said he can't honestly give an answer!

Guys...where is the location for the job? I see that they have offices in different regions of the world!

You need to PRAY my brother! 70% and you were not called, 40% called.....Maybe your name was omitted! Please pray...prayer does work!

Salary is over 150K after the three months training programme if you are selected thereafter!

Did the instruction say "PRINT OUT YOUR RESULT WHEN YOU FINISH" OR because there is a print out button, you think we are print out after submission?

I did d test, mine was OK, I encountered problems at first but I finally did it.. its simple tho but I will advice that you use a system to write d test and not phone COS U WILL HAVE TO DO A PRINT OUT (as soon as u finish, d result appears immediately and u will b requested to print. u might not b able to save d page or access d page afterwards) . you must not ansa d questions alone, find someone smart n brilliant to join u, it makes it faster n easier.. wish y'all goodluck.. I scored 86%
