Good evening house,

I intend to use my wife as the first applicant, while I'll be the dependent because of age factor. She is a Toxicologist and she work as a Sterile Processing Technician in her dad's hospital here in Abuja. She has been working for 4 years now.

The challenge is that no money was paid into her account as salary during these 4 years period.

How can we then proof her work history since bank statement won't show any money paid as salary for these durations.

I have gotten my WES done and IELTS is gotten now.
I considered my wife doing ECA, WES and i doing french too and discovered CRS won't be above 450 due to Age, therefore I think PNP is best for us. CRS now is 340. Am looking at SAS, Manitoba or Alberta PNP.
From my finding, licensing is needed for a Computer Engineer to work in these places.
Is there anyone with Engineering decree who works with engineering NOC. Are exams needed for Engineering licencing in canada. I could learn somethings from you.
I intend getting EE account today.

if you have gotten ITA and submitted (AOR). You will only need to update POF and do medicals for her.

If you have not submitted (no AOR) her eca and ielts will be needed as scores need to be recalculated if it falls short of the crs scores. Application rejected.

If I can, will she be required to write IELTS and evaluate her credentials too?

Please anybody can tell me the trick on how to attempt my PGDE NOUN TMA and pass excellently?

Not necessarily. Last year was when such happened. Other years, it wasn't that way.

Okay. For previous years, around what time will graduation list be released please?

1. 3 semesters. Check and see. If you can register TP and project, then it's allowed. But I doubt if that will be possible because the programme has since been made 3 semesters

2. Yea, you have to visit your Study Centre or send someone to that for you.

3. After registration of TP, you will tell them where u want to do your TP and u will be told what to do.

4. Once your name is out on the graduation list, u can apply for your transcripts and you can also get your statement of result.r

For question 4, the release of graduation list is always around the Month of January every year, so I'll have to wait till next year before I can apply for transcript?

1. Is NOUN PGDE 2 semester or 3 semester?

This is my second semester and I have registered all my courses. Now, I want to also register for my TP and Project in this second semester. Is it allowed?

2. If I register for my project online, will supervisor be assigned online or I'll need to visit a study centre to get a project supervisor?

3. If I register for Teaching Practice online, what next do I need to do to let me study centre know to assess me?

4. If I complete my programme in the Month of June/July, will I have to wait till next year when the graduation list is out before I can apply for my transcript?

It doesn't take time to send please. If your TRCN Certificate and license is genuinely issued, you'll be required to pay a sum of 60K via Remita for the letter of Professional standing (LoPS) to be sent for the issurance of QTS.

I'll encourage you to wait to see your course of study on UK website before applying for the LoPS.

It'll only be easier if your education was in the UK, then, your supervisor can then write for you. I've contacted over 100 University professors in the UK, their response is always " I'm afraid, I need to know you personally, I'm sorry".

For your transcripts and proof of language, did you upload online by yourself or your institutions sent it over to UK DoE?

You'll upload all the documents yourself on their portal including your transcript and proof of English proficiency.

If you intend to include your PGDE qualification, you'll be required to upload a copy of the transcript for the PGDE.

Otherwise, UK isn't requesting for PGDE to issue you a QTS, it's TRCN Certificate that is required by TRCN to enable them write the mandatory letter of Professional standing for you.

You can't bro.

You'll need TRCN Certificate. TRCN will only write the letter of Professional standing if you've a TRCN Certificate/Licence.

You and your wife should do WES and IELTS.
I will suggest that your wife should be the primary applicant cos she's younger and she can claim sibling points. Her HND is almost equivalent to your master's degree. That money might not be enough for a family of five. In all, use CRS calculator to get estimate of what your score will look like and compare it to the least score of the last invitation, and if it's way below it, you can consider studying french.

I am about to start the Japa dream to Canada. I have read a lot on this page but i need guidance from you please.

I have Bachelor's of Engineering in Electronic and Computer Engineering. Also i have a masters in Information technology. I am also a COREN certified Engineer.
My wife has an HND in Accounting and she's also a chartered accountant (ACCA). She is about completing her Bsc this year.
I and my wife are level 12 civil servant with a federal government agency with over 10 years experience.
We both have a cumulative of about 8 million naira in FG Contributory Pension (though can not be withdrawn as cash) that can be used as part payment for proof of funds (POF)
I (aged 37), wife (aged 35). and our three kids (aged 8,5,2) all need to move to Canada for permanent residency. My wife has his brother in Canada.
What is the best and affordable route for us.

1. Do I need to do WES before IELTS. Should I do WES and IELTS alone or with my wife?
2.Do I still have success chance for Federal skill worker or Provincial Nominee Program considering my age and wifey's age (37, 35)
3.If I am the Primary applicant. Can my brother in-law (a citizen in canada) sponsorship add points for me.
4. What's the minimum point I should strive for in IELTS.
3.Is study route a better option for us.
4. Is COREN and ACCA evaluated by WES. Do I use my MSc alone for WES.

With your age and that of you spouse and with the current trend of CRS scores not tending downwards, you'll need a second language test (French), otherwise, kindly proceed with the study route you've mentioned sir.

To enter the pool, no you don’t need SSCE at all. You’re not required to upload any documents at the point of entering the pool. However, you need your highest education qualification to do a WES evaluation. So even for this, SSCE is not required unless it happens to be your highest education level. If you have a B.Sc. degree or something higher, then you don’t need SSCE at all. Read page 1.

On my PGDE portal, I can see that I passed all my first semester courses (TCE=15). I can also see that I have 16 Credit Units as outstanding Credits to pass before I can graduate.

My question:

The 16 Credit units left, does it include Teaching Practice (3CU) and Project (4CU)? Or just only course work can make up for the 16CU left?
