Celebrities › Re: Top 10 New School Artistes Whose Song Gave Them Fame In 2015 by activelyA(f): 12:28pm On Oct 07, 2015 |
PrettyHausaGirl: 6. Awww - Di'Ja Of The Mavin Group dropped this Classic alternative tune which had a unique video and early this year the buzz it got was enough to make her stand out as her own individual and get her much popularity amongst music lovers.
7. Illegal - Pepenazi is a new school artiste who has been behind the scenes for sometime now but this year he released certain songs which started creating some good buzz for him as well as his cameos in most YBNL videos. Low and Fifemayo were starters but Illegal is the tune which took his name to the streets and finally put him at his highest point in the limelight.
8. Mosquito Killer This tune is easily hated or easily danced to. Pasuma's prodigy Small Doctor became the rave of the streets especially in Lagos with this anthem and is now one of the recognizable faces of Nigerian New School Music.
9. Katapot - With the respectable success of Chop Am in 2014, Reekado Banks needed to make a strong statement in 2015 and this song which was alleged to be a beef for Wande Coal and D'Banj with its unique video was the perfect tune to 'Catapult' him into the upper echelons of the Nigerian new school hitmakers.
10. German Juice - Having already created buzz for herself in 2014 with Don't Break My Heart , Cynthia Morgan succesfully cemented her place as a force to reckon with in the new school nigerian music industry with this fast paced patois-sung tune and it did her music C.V the best.
Add others if any...

safarigirl: As you can tell, this is a reply to emusmith's thread. Apologies in advance, it won't look sexy.
1. MAKE MONEY: Yes, money makes the world go round and turns a frown to a smile. So if you want women, make money and you'll have them- the downside is, they only care about the money.
2. BE INTELLIGENT: Where you have no money, intelligence always works. They come to you to help them in assignments, tutor them and all that. This is a much better way to get a girl to actually like you than point 1.
3. BE FUNNY: Yes, ladies love funny guys. Ask Bovi and Elenu . This is a major way guys get women, ladies easily get smitten by the guy with the sense of humour. Even in school, the funny guy is more often than not, the ladies man
4. HAVE A NICE DRESS SENSE: Ladies love a well-dressed, clean cut brutha. Get the nice watch, the classy outfits and the d-ope shoes and watch the ladies fall. Don't overdo it though, nobody dates a nigga who looks like a P.I.M.P
5.ELOQUENCE: Sounding like Idris Elba or Yul Edochie will really increase your market value. And yes, that baritone will be an added bonus. Onitsha boys baritone will NOT work
6. WORK OUT: Some ladies may need surgery to enhance certain body parts, but the dumb bells and tread-mills are far cheaper. Get to gyming guys, a man who looks strong always gets the attention of ladies.
7. IF ALL ELSE FAILS....ROLL WITH THE HOT GUYS: Then girls have to go through you, the 'easy' guy, to get to your hot friends and someone might just pick interest and date you .
That's my list guys, any additions? Osheeeey You rock!!! My additions 1. Stop being a mummy's boy and BECOME A REAL MAN!!! 2. BE ROMANTIC!!! Most Nigerian men are not 3. Be domesticable( if there is a word like that) 4. Stop expecting a super perfect woman when you are not one yourself ( that was how one said he hates " dump' girls and see the way he spelt dumb) 5. Love and love genuinely!!! That is know what you want and stand by it ( I can't date a man who has asked all my friends and enemies out. You ask Bimpe today, uchechi tomorrow, amina on Sunday. Makes you seem unserious especially if these girls are friends and your topic comes up DROPS MIC AND CATWALKS OUT |

pbs4real: he's not a chauvinist neither is he a misogyny jez learn it will help*cheers* Now follow me as we imagine.... A supposed under market value girl is seen in Segun's house trimming his nails on Tuesday and is also seen knotting Aminu's tie on Thursday. Then she goes about being nice to Chike mummy and buying gifts for his siblings( who will collect it and still tag her 'desperate') Her weekends are busy as she is using her money to cook for Samuel.
Note: these men are not her boy friends but she's only 'increasing her market value' Now imagine this girl was your sister... Will you still encourage this topic and post ? Oh well |

U have come again oo All about the ladies and what they should and not do... Why should it be the ladies needing an increament in "market value", why not both male and female? Remember what I called you?? Yet another thread displaying it. Later you will say you are not a chauvinist |

emusmith:
Sarcastic Things Never To Say To You Partner Even In A Heated Argument
Sarcasm is simply saying things you don't really mean, in this case, due to your inability to manage your anger.
You think you love by hurting him or her with your words and expecting to be chased? Well, that's not true love.
Love is mostly seen in your words and actions, most at times when you're not conscious.
Someone once said, "You want to know a person's true character? Watch when they are very upset or very excited."
There are some words that I term, "cancerous". They need not be spoken because they are capable of tearing down a relationship of years. What are some words you shouldn't use or say to your partner even in a heated situation.
1. You're so immature and inexperienced
Especially when you're older than him or her, it gives him the self-simpathy look At first, you accepted ... into your life not minding the age but now it has become a paradigm of judging their output and productivity. It's demoralizing and difficult to let go.
2. I really miss my ex
I know most girls do and say all kinds of "annoying" things just to provoke guys, yea![s] You mustn't insult him to get his attention. If you miss you ex, who cares? The door is wide open, you may leave. You're staying? Then quit acting immature giving your partner a ground to feeling they're not measuring up to the standard you've set in your mind. Grow up! [/s]
3. I guess I'll go hungry dating you
This is especially when she is having "offers" from other guys and is beginning to doubt the sustainability of his guy's financial well. If you don't wanna date him because of your doubts in his financial capacity, simply walk out early! Not after "milking him dry", you then notice he can really really foot your bills or actually meet the demands of marriage.
4. One-minute man
As harsh as this sounds, someladies use this term on their guys. I personally don't think any guy was born to be a "sixty seconds" guy. If it's an illness, go with him in search of a cure because you love him OR if you don't love him and detest the situation, find another excuse to tell him. It's derogatory as well as it is demeaning. Don't joke around using it.
5. Who paid your fees, for your hair, make-up, food etc?
No...you don't have to say all that to upset her/him. She already knows. Announcing it childishly incur disrespect and disregard on your person. Using such a line, you can lose her. As usual, it is demeaning for a joke.
Getting angry and almost wanting to use wrong choices of words on our partners is not a new temptation. However, we must count the pains it will cost that person and not the temporary feeling of hurt you feel.
Probably, you've been told some and terrible things have happened. You can share with us all. . Am lost...thought the topic said partner( male and female) ? To be sincere, you are a good writer and you have a good way of presentation or passing down your idea. But over time, I have made excuses for you as to your fairness in writing/your ideas and I have realize that no amount of excuses could change reality and the glaring fact that you (emusmith) are a HARDCORE MALE CHAUVINIST Gosh! Just see number 2...writing most out of all girls do this but guys dont do this Or maybe if they do they are the matured ones in any situation. Jezz!!! Work on yourself( mind) as being hurt by certain women in the past does not warrant generalization of the women folk...or maybe you have not been hurt but you are just the typical African man who regard women as second class humans... Or maybe not, you just loooovvveee to bash women as in your threads, you do it effortlessly... and if corrected, your STRUGGLE not to lash at us. Ooh well I do hope you take this critic first as a man, then as a writer. Ooh well |

Imagine!!! Men just sit down and kill as they like without law, caution, restrictions(faith in the supernatural), conscience. How come Buhari's so called body odour doesn't seem to be smelling towards the issue of insecurity. If it is Jonathan outside the country when all these are happening, you would see different memes already flying about the social media. But as of now, everyone is quiet on this security issues...(media façade playing a large role) The question is : what reasonable step(promised before elections) has been taken He has gotten there now and has realized that things are not what they seem or as they look when you are on the outside |
