Hello my good people.

Cos I know in online route it is not compulsory. Thanks house cos I knw someone is already answering me even before I finish typing this. |

standupguy: Study is not complusory for a student visa, maybe it is for visitors. Logically how many organization is willing to give you a 2 yrs study leave in a country like ours with very high unemployment, you be Einstein wey your position can't be replaced, how many years have you worked in there and what has been your contribution? Study leave is fine if you can get it but not too fatal if you dont.
A piece of advise again, when i was refused last december, i couldn't bare the thought to waiting for a september intake plus i never heard of GCMS File, so i flew blind again for May which proved detrimental once more. Like i said that refusal letter was designed to throw you of balance and from the looks of your comments so far i think its achieving its purpose. Dedicate 30days to get your file, review it and improve your chances. Well goodluck in whatever you decide.
P.S i might just be God sent telling you this, for some reason i was typing this message and my phone went off at 11:57pm, i really dont know what force drove me from my sick bed to putting on my laptop to retype this whole message again just to get through to you. Cheers Hi. Thanks so much. But hw do I request for the GCMS file. You are well in Jesus name. |

hayqinsbFX: Not saying u sud do an undergraduate course, I saiid it's better to be going for a course that tallies with ur UG program rather than an employment history. Hi sorry. Unfortunately, seneca does not have any PG course in real estate only in ordinary diploma if not that is the course I wud have chosen (real property administration). Since I have already paid my fees, I can't choose another school. Even, I had earlier searched for Msc or PG in real estate in canny but I didn't see any reasonable one. |

Just to clarify something, my mum is not my sponsor but my brother. So will the VO still consider my mom's land docs since it's not from me or my sponsor? Thanks |

hayqinsbFX: well, you have refused to let out on the number of years youve bn working and the amount of study gap you have wherever if any. but i feel its safer to go with an undergraduate course than to go along wth ones history of employment. you can always relate what you did at the bank to estate management depending on the department you claim to have worked. I have worked for 2 yrs in real estate and over 2 yrs in banking. Never been idle after school. I graduated in 2010. So that's it. Can't go for undergraduate course. I have already done BSc so no need. |

diamondsare4eva: Is this the complete list? How about your school result, certificate etc Though the documents looks good, it doesn't matter which country your sponsor resides, anyone can sponsor you and moreover, an account in the U.S can easily be verified by Canadian consulate if they want to, only on rear occasion. Just put the documents together again and refire. Do you have someone in CA? or did you indicate you have someone there? I submitted all my school docs including transcripts. I did not in anyway tell them I have any family member in canada cos I don't. The only thing I can say is that it may be the course I chose. I studied estate management working in a bank and going for logistics and supply chain management. Also may be they did understand the financial docs I submitted. Just saying....i don't knw |

hayqinsbFX: I don't understand what global logistics and supply chain management is but I feel the deviation from estate management played a major part. Your sponsor being out of the country fills the hometie section, but thatt cud hav bn overlooked if your academic course followed a progressive similar pattern so what do u think I shud do then? |
