Ada4all , I scanned the completed forms and my passport biodata page.... A friend here also did the same... Different times, different police offices... So, yes, a scanned form is acceptable... Just make sure you get the fingerprinting procedure right, And scan with the highest resolution you can find.. I scanned at 600DPI..

I tried using them but their price is ridiculously expensive, so i just dismissed them sharply. I can forward the forms to you, then you fill it and pouch the hard copy with a copy of your passport to a friend or relative in Nigeria to do it for you and scan back or pouch, it is far cheaper

You need someone to help you in Nigeria. The person will get you the form, scan it to you. You fill it, put your finger print and scan back to the person.

Next time, be clear with your question.

Now I want to assess my skill as a Valuer. Please wat is my chance of positive assessment consider the gap from 2014 till now?

You will have to. Your uni will stamp and certify a copy of your certificate. You can send the certificate yourself, but your transcript has to be sent by the school. If you are lucky, you can plead with the person in charge of sending transcripts to include the certified copy of the certificate in the envelope, so you don't pay for courier twice.

I saw where they wrote that for Nigerians, the school has to send our Transcripts directly to them and the awarding body has to be the one to certify copies of certificate. So does it mean my uni has to be the one to certify copy of my degree cert? Please I need advise cos I have my transcripts and certificate with me already all given to me by my school
