standupguy: Adaora sorry i haven't responded to your add request, issues with my email.
Looking at your GCMS, i know that CIC sometimes note things that are untrue like when they said they didn't see my sponsors marital status What GAPS are they talking about? The travel history note is i believe is irrelevant.
I believe your sponsor is not the problem here, they are concerned about your work history/ and how much you earn/have and ur family background.
I personally think the V.O is nuts sha. How many people who apply for student visa have high paying jobs, the point of applying for student visa is it not to improve your professional skills? I just don't understand these people. My dear.....all those things he said I didn't provide were all in my application before o. I don't get them. The only thing I see there is that my sponsor (my brother) is based in USA not here at all. He is a US citizen and works there. So he has nothing here. All the docs he provided were all from US. I also think the VO didn't go through all my docs for him to have mentioned study gap cos I don't have any study gap and also financial and family ties he mentioned, I provided enough docs to prove them. The VO just wasn't convinced I guess. Na him sabi jare. God will not allow that kind of VO to process my second app. Amen. |

darefestus: Ada, those reasons to them were concrete enough.
Anyway, did you do anything differently from your last app that could have covered any of those reasons? Yes I believe I did. I will list my documents once I get response from them. By God's grace it will be a positive one |

Hi Pals. So I have received my GCMS file exactly 1 month and I did not see any concrete reason the VO denied me. Though I have already re-applied, I believe the docs I submitted will address the issues raised in the report. My only fear in my second app is the mistake I made by thinking NO when I was supposed to thick YES and state reasons for refused in my first app. Though I stated my UCI number. Anyways, see the reason I was denied below. E no just make sense. Tnuola....Team12 and Co. I need ur prayers oo...Finally no matter what happens, it's in God's hands now.

chrisviral: You have submitted? I submitted since 9th June. Though I stated my UCI number. |
Travel › Re: Travelling To Canada Part 8 by ada4all: 7:23am On Jun 25, 2015 |
chrisviral: There isn't a need for that, but in one of the app forms (app made out canada) there is a question where you will be asked if you been refused before, answer Yes and detail the reasons why you were refused. Jeez.....I think I made a mistake. I answered NO in that part o. I just checked and realized you are right. Don't know what I was thinking. I pray VO doesn't notice. Pls house pray for me. |

I tracked my request today and its says my application is being processed at the ghana visa office. Just thinking it's quite fast o considering I submitted on 9th June. I pray it comes out positive sha. Am hopeful. |

Asumns: Thanks madam. Means that I've to start new online application afresh(different user name, password nd others) ..... just need to fill the old UCI number where it is been asked in the new form....bah! I don't think you need a new username and password. Just apply again under that same profile. That place that shows the number of applications you have entered...The others in house can assist u. For the second question, the answer is yes. |

Asumns: G. afternoon house! Pls, I want u guys to help me out on this especially those who got their medical request after second attempt. My application was refused few weeks back and now want to re-apply (online application). My challenge now is that I can not find any link where i can relate my formal application with this new one to let them know that I've been refused before. Pls help on this ..... trying to avoid any silly mistake this time. God bless u all fill the UCI number on the application form (application for study permit made outside of canada). There is a space for that at the top of the form. The UCI number u will use is the one on the refusal letter. |

CruzAj: they send all the documents to Ghana. After they must ve gone through the documents u re submitting in ur pressence they will package them for you in a bag then u go for bio. Even when they dispatch it from ghana and u go to collect it from Vac, u will notice another packaging with their own envelop with all your documents infact. OK. Thanks. I actually reapplied on 9th of June. Paper route. I also did biometrics that day. I was just curious. |

Hi. Congrats to all who have been called for medicals. I tap into your testimony.
For paper route application. Who knows hw it is done? Do they send all the physical docs to Ghana or do they scan them and send online? Or do they send only docs that they feel is relevant? Just curious. |
Travel › Re: Travelling To Canada Part 8 by ada4all: 2:37pm On Jun 12, 2015 |
Team12: Na wa for these people o....
1. My medicals was sent to them yesterday...I got a mail this morning that my application has been updated, I opened and it still says "we need your medical report"
2. I also got a mail that my daughter's application has been updated, I opened it and it says " Review of Medical Report in Progress"
The issue is:
My daughter did not do any medicals and she is not expected to. I guess they have mistakenly updated my daughter's application with my medical report instead of updating my own medicals...
Please what do I do? Should I contact them or wait for them to realise their mistake? Please contact them. No time o. To avoid stories that touch the heart |

E be like say this Canadians no dey give visa again. They should just say they don't want Nigerians again. Even if people want to emigrate after school, it is not a crime. At least in their policy it's stated there. It's called dual intent. I don't like the way they are denying people Or maybe they have a quota for each country and ours has reached its cap. Am not happy at all with what is going on. |

Ugochux: I shared this info sometime ago and nobody addressed it... Kindly check the first point on this link and explain further, thanks. www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-changes.asp So are u saying one should check if it's a federal institution or provincial/state institution before applying. Cos that's what I grab from all that hula bula regulation. |

hayqinsbFX: Not necessarily yours... That of ur parent is necessary if they are you sponsors. Even if they are not you could add them...remember standupguy GCMS which Pointed that his parent didn't have money in Nigeria.... So submitting as many assets fr them is a good plus. So it's OK if I add my mum's land docs and funds/investments even though she's not my sponsor? |

anthochie: From what Iv learnt from the gurus on this thread...the following may stand ...documentation of future employment ...a document stating u r going on study leave and Ur job will still be there when u return. ...landed properties ...a registered business ...an affidavit stating that u r a significant and functional member of a body or relevant association in Nigeria. ...documentation showing u have aged parents u r required to come home to cater for at the end of Ur study ....a well written sop detaialing future plans on after completion of Ur studies..(this one could be tricky)
These r the little I know..the gurus in the house will further answer u appropriately will landed property of a parent suffice? Must it be mine? |
