All state governors receive security votes. What do they do with those funds?

President Tinubu, get all state governors to propose a security framework and get legislative approval. Every terrorist arrested should be speedily tried and the minimum sentence should be suffocation by hanging and followed by cremation.

Additionally, the project of "repentant terrorists" should be permanently scrapped. All terrorists have no business among the living.

And PLEASE, deploy soldiers to red zones and let them take out all terrorists. If you do so, they'd be too busy fighting insurgents instead of plotting coups and guarding land in Abuja. As a matter of urgency, the funding structure of the military must be reviewed.
