Went through the discussions, just wanted to say the numerical part is about 17 or 18 minutes.... 18 questions , so its about 1 minute per question...

after the assessment got the reply below....

Please note that our communication with you with regard to your application is mostly done via email. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could check your email inbox regularly to ensure we maintain close contact throughout your application.
Please note that if you have previously applied as a graduate, you must wait at least 12 months from the date of your final outcome (three years following attendance at a Shell Recruitment Day or Final Assessment) before submitting another intern or graduate application. If you have applied within 12 months from the date of your final outcome, we will be unable to process your new application.''

Got a call from an ugo... This afternoon ..lconfirmation of postponement

walexyll: counted 28 names on that mail....mayb pple that rejected d offer like madam adaku were excluded....on a more serious note,i purely think it's a logistic issue with them or batches things

Lool I am still holdin my offer oooo .. I counted 26 names on the mail I got .. pleased about the postponement .. .. More time :/ ..

@ carinaek ...its a serious dilenma cos the new offer pays almost twice PWC's basic salary...however i know/believe pwc is a wiser move career wise... so its now money vs career growth... and you know we really labored for this pwc, so my heart is with them...while as a woman about to start life money will be good for stability...

friendlyY: eeeem Ms. Adaku...you had a pre-OPQ 2nd interview and didnt share that with us before now? I find that kinda selfish of you. Cos you come here to look for the latest info and yet u withheld that. And you and ur science backgroun isshh...iv gat a solid science (engineering)background too and i indicated interest in advisory unit but clearly stated that I dont find myself limited to that as I am flexible and could venture into a new field as long as I find the job challenging and business related. If you wanna stick to pure science you shouldnt have applied. By the NNPC is recruiting again...its pure science ehn?

Wow! Last I checked this was a public forum and there are even people who keep up with updates without commenting..
It wud be naïve of you to believe that every information is posted here/ or that anyone owes you information..

There atleast three forums discussing this pwc issue..so do u go around asking people to type here wat dey typed in others..

Pls ignore my comments if u have a problem with it.. I do not owe you any explanations to where or why I have applied to any organisations..or where I wud apply...

Basically, I don't owe you anything and I do not know you.. U do not know me, or my credentials or know my life/ decisions.. So do not attempt to form any notions about my being without such knowledge...

Pls enjoy the advantage of even having a forum and stop confronting strangers.. Wait for Pwc or Banke and do not take out your frustrations on me..

I just remembered that at my 2nd chat which was far b4 the opq assesment, I was told dat some departments needed more recruits than others... As dey were bigger like Tax.. I strongly expressed no interest in tax, except I could be assured a change of department within the first couple of yrs.. Dis is cos I ve a science background.. I was told dat for instance dey cud have 20spaces in tax compared to maybe 5 in audit/assurance and 1 in advisory.. So it is possible dat dey ve identified departments were spaces are available nd are matching it with the interests expressed at d interview and best candidates.. Buh who knows

maybe we should declare wat depts we r interested in to relieve the tension! hahaha .. It might do d opposite!

Hmmm... I had a second chat or shud I call it 2nd interview in another pwc office... Four days after my interview in the lagos office... I believe it was because of the department I expressed interest and my credentials... Just assumed other people might have done the same at sum point.. ... Btw I left my renumeration space blank..

Just received a mail from banke.. Congratulating me on success in the interview.. And sayin the OPQ is the final assesment.. Look out for yours..

Question 4 all--- wen graduates are recruited .. Do dey all start in lagos .. Or do some people get thier portharcourt and abuja offices??

- 1 was told that the interview was the last stage in my interview... Wasn't informed of these further medicals or further tests.. Infact I rmbr my interviwers congratulating me for passing their pwc tests.. Disnt sound like there we're further test? So am kinda confused y dere wud even be a medical for a pwc job

Looool! I personally didn't comment cos there was nothing further to state.. My interview was last week .. I actually didn't really know wat to prepare for as a science student!! So I decided to just go as I was! I was interviewed by three women.. We sat on d same table so it was more of a chatting session than an interview... The questions were largely behavioural questions.. Such as do u prefer to a a leader or team member, wat skills do u possess that ll be of benefit to the company.. Why pwc? What other type of organisations will u like to work for? Wat does your qualification have to do wit pwc? What business article have u read recently? Give us an example of a situation where u had to solve a problem at ur office?.. I hope this helps others..m I believe self-confidence and self-belief will help u very much at the interview.. Be as truthful as u can be. So u don't get caught up in a web of lies.. The questions are asked based on ur replies, so it might not be the same as mine.. I have tried to write all I rmbr.. I don't think telling people information will reduce my chances of being absorbed!! Gods-will is wat shall reign in the end.. So goodluck yall...

i just got mine...right now 12o clock...26/6/2012.... and a lot of ppl made me so afraid thank God i knelt down and prayed....mine is for thurs 12th july... i wrote my test on monday the 11th june...and my surname begins with O...so pls dont loose faith...
