The well known Nigerian preacher and evangelist Temitope Balogun Joshua has died, family sources reported to The Peoples Gazette.

This information was given by family sources that did not want to be quoted when an official statement was not yet prepared, said Mr Joshua, the founder of The Synagogue Church Of All Nations (SCOAN), died in Lagos on Saturday evening shortly after he had finished a church programme. He died at the age of 57.

The reason for his death has not been revealed but family sources said his remains were kept in the mortuary and that an autopsy would be carried out as soon as possible to figure out the reason behind his demise.
