The governor of Kebbi state, Nasir Idris, being a former National President of the Nigerian Union of Teachers, should include free and compulsory education and/or vocational skill acquisition for the expected children of the sponsored couples, to stem the tide of increasing number of out-of-school children, roaming the streets.

Did you know that there was a period that $1= 65 kobo, at this rate and if the Naira still maintain that strength, it should be equivalent to N45= $65.23+, but today it is $1= N1379.70. Mathematically, that same N45= N95,517. 69. Therefore, it was the N45 of that period I was referring to, not now.

No be by force to borrow money to go school, it’s optional. My take for indigent students, is to take the NELFUND now, get education and let preparation wait for opportunities.
I used to have a friend, now deceased, who won a scholarship to go to secondary school. But because his parent couldn’t afford N45 required and refused to borrow, his education ended abruptly.
He worked briefly in his father’s small carpentry workshop before his untimely death, due to inability to get prescribed medication for his illness.

This rumor only existed in the imagination of those people. It never made any political sense to change him. Those people, you know them right, think that Tinubu is like their oga that is easily sway and pushed here and there, without a mind of his own.

Considering the religious demography of Nigeria, it does not fly in the face of logic for Tinubu, being a Muslim minority from the south, to run with a northern Christian, who is also a minority.
It’s those who are either ignorant or do not wish Tinubu electoral success that are agitating against Muslim-Muslim ticket. Muslim-Muslim is just like a formation: 4-4-2, 3-4-3, 5-4-1,3-5-2, etc,adopted by a football manager to win a match, considering the strength of his team and the type of opponent.
They lobbied Donald Trump to kick against it, not knowing that you have to win first, before considering religious balancing through appointments and Tinubu has given more concessions to the Christians with about 65% of total appointments.

What I mean is that government should persuade them to patronize its cheaper railway services, through tax incentives, reduced haulage fares and safe delivery guarantee. As it is now, expensive fuel road transportation is prevalent, it causes accidents and affects the conditions of the road.

When you hear something like this. It means federal government wants to subside fuel. The subsidy that was removed is making its way back through the back door.

Price negotiation is commonplace, it does not necessarily mean reintroduction of fuel subsidies.
In fact, the government can also adopt the policy option of encouraging Dangote refinery and the marketers to explore the possibility of conveying large quantities of fuel products with railway’s oil tanker wagons, and it could help reduce petrol prices over time.

It seems Peter Obi does not know that there is an agency of government called Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA), in charge of daily repair and rehabilitation of all federal roads nationwide. Little wonder he said he couldn’t know the problems of Nigeria until he became the President.
There is no sense in waiting to complete the repair and rehabilitation of all damaged roads before starting to construct new ones because the need for repair is continuous.
It’s like placing a nationwide ban on the birth of new babies until all sick patients in hospitals are treated and discharged, but new patients continue to report to hospitals for treatment on daily basis.

I also want him re-elected. I want him to stop or drastically reduce importation of petroleum products. In addition to the various reforms he has successfully carried out, I want him to expedite action on Almajiri and other out-of-school children reforms. Did the FG not declare IPOB as a terrorists organization? Is Nnamdi Kanu not being tried for terrorism? The same window of opportunity for repentance was extended to the other terrorists and they utilized it. The FG cannot do anyhow with Nnamdi Kanu, as well as other terrorists.

Peter Obi has said that he cannot know the problems of Nigeria, until he becomes the President. For someone who was on the ballot in 2019, 2023 and a 2027 prospect, It’s like an old-time applicant who does not have basic knowledge of the Job Description of the position he has repeatedly sought.

Be calm and stop being abusive. I didn’t use NAME, I used IMAGE. The phrase- “Remember the child of whom you are”, means don’t spoil the good image of your family. When you hear names like Oyenusi, Anini, Iyamu, etc, what comes to your mind is armed robbery. To do something in the name of another person, means you acted on the instructions of your principal and may be jointly or separately liable.
On the other hand, ethnicity, country, religion, and even family names are groups you belong to, but none of them would be responsible for your offence.
