Vaccines worry me more than the virus. If you've watch some horror movies you will understand. We may never know the long time effect of this vaccine. And the whole work was injected with it.

Nothing is a perfect science risk are always their.

Investment / Five Reasons Why Ponzi Schemes Are Lucrative by ade002: 4:45am On Apr 15, 2020
Year in year out I hear of people that had lost good money to ponzi schemes. I have even heard of an individual that had lost money to three different ponzi schemes. One wonders what will make one invest in such business. Here are some of the reasons I could think of.

1. Illiteracy : I don't mean lack of general education but business education. Knowledge of business, market and technology. I met a fellow trying to indulge me to invest in an online biz. He said he had invested and was expecting returns in 90 days. I asked him what are they produci ng? which service do they offer ? His reply was 'you know, their is money on the internet'. Well I don't need to tell you that after 90 days he could not find the company on the internet.

2. Greed: a good number of people make good returns on their initial investment in a growing ponzi scheme. Unfortunately, instead of pulling out with their gains they decide to reinvest, sometimes putting in more than the have gained. Some have lost a hand and foot from such mistake.

3. Gamblers: most people know what they are getting into but just want to try their luck. Yes everything in life is a gamble but be sensible.

4. Laziness: their are a number of definition for laziness but for me laziness is when you want to do nothing with your resources but gain heavily from it. You want that your N20,000 to become N120,000 in six months so you would be able to pay your rent. You want that to happen while you are at home sleeping. OK.

5. Poor Security: particularly from statutory government agencies that are mandated to protect the public. When such ventures fail these agencies are practically helpless.

I will stop here you can add yours.

HONOR YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER ITS THE ONLY COMMANDMENT WITH A PROMISE.

Its easy to find any verse in the bible that will sooth our selfish needs. Marriage is best excuse. Since am married I can dump my Parents aside. They have lived their lives let me live mine.
Yet the Israelite that first had the bible still respect/appreciate Family. Africa and Africans once had that culture but are gradually mimicking the west using the bible as a defence. It easy to give a dog a bad name in other to kill it.
But may I ask that we pause and critical look at the western family life and decide if our economy and diversity can survive it.
Family is beautiful when everyone appreciates his/her responsibility.
Celebrities / Re: Hungry Nigerians Attack Bus Transporting Bread In Agege, Lagos (VIDEOS) by ade002: 3:26am On Apr 15, 2020
Too bad. as good and relevant as the lockdown sound we are not prepared for it as a country.
But it easier to appreciate it if you see the challenges faced in Europe and USA. If we have the same issues as theirs our death rate will be shocking and we will not be able to control the spread.
Meaning everyone waits to see who dies and who recovers. GOD FORBID.

Yes their is cause to worry. Probably the situation may be as simple as explained. My concern is that the explosion was not used to mask a theft. Which can be a potential threat.
That's why we need a thorough investigation of the incidence monitored by a third-party non governmental organisation. Cant expect the police to judiciously solve their own mishap without trying to save-face.
We thank God and those involve that such did not occur in a population dense area.

Crime / Re: 34 Cultists Arrested In Akwa Ibom. 51 Secret Groups Banned In Schools (Full List by ade002: 5:27pm On Mar 21, 2020
Cultism is rampant because of lack of basic principles, rules & guidelines and a will for a community to stand for ideal principles. When you stand for nothing you fall for everything. We want freedom but end up creating personal/private bondage.
We abhor religious and social laws, government policies are too porous as its design to favor everyone thereby helping no one.
We have discarded our cultural and religious laws that prioritized communal effort, social responsibility and replaced them with weak laws that only feed our animal instinct: survival for the fittest.

Computers / Re: Why Microsoft Windows OS Is Widely Used In Nigeria by ade002: 9:10pm On Jan 30, 2020
Linux is better its free has an open source version and you get free apps easily.
Many have this misconception that its difficult to manage and set up but that's not true.
Let's just say people stick to windows because of its popularity in Nigeria and they are not ready to try other options. Secondly, many PCs in Nigeria are purchased with windows pre-installed legally or illegally

When windows begin to clam down on illegal softwares many will see the light

Family / Re: My 14-Year-Old Daughter Was Caught In Hotel With Boys, Smoking, Drinking by ade002: 4:04pm On Jan 25, 2020
Truly painful.
Teenagers.. Always feel they know better . they go into anything head first. If the are lucky they realize their mistake quickly and escape else they and their parents live with the nightmare.. rape, drugs addiction even death.

The worst advice is to allow them express themselves . its like playing the Russian roulette. My advice is ...

1. Never give them full freedom always engage them with activities house chores, music classes etc
2. Their lives should not be determined by friends.. Control their friends ..limit contact. Teach them to have a say among their friends and not be followers. Some teenagers are so desperate for attention they are ready to follow anyone ..anything
3. Sanction what they watch let them know the dangers of premarital sex, public or publicized nudity, poor dress code, alcohol, drug abuse even from an early age. If you don't teach them their friends will.
4. If you can't control them use other sources if possible ..boarding school.
5. Give them task/ responsibilities increase it as the improve. Remember to reward or punish when necessary.
6. Teenagers are not your friends they are your responsibility they should respect you . meaning you should maintain a respectable attitude in their presence. Don't do one thing and expect the other from them.
7. Teach moderation.
Lastly I can't deny the fact that you need to continually pray for them cause you are not the only one trying to mould their lives.

At 18+ they can do what they want hopefully by then they will have some form of self-control.

Education / Re: 10 Worst Courses To Study In Nigeria by ade002: 3:48pm On Jan 25, 2020
Please exclude music. Music teachers are in real demand so also all religious studies

Most of the above mentioned courses are not bad if you are hard working and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

For instance horticulture. Do you know the cost of some flowers or some tree seedlings
