In the Western Nigeria alone due to my extensive research and gathering of snails from different part of Nigeria and African countries extensively, we have over 17 sub species of The Marginata snails in Nigeria. The type of snails in the west by shell observation are quite different from snails in the south and in the east as the western Nigeria snails are by far bigger. We also have the Achatina Fulica We, Achatina Reticulata that also lay large quantity of eggs per clutch by far more than the Achatina Marginata or the Believed Tiger snails.

PEN CONSTRUCTION:
A lot of inventive mechanism can be employed in the pen construction.
From wooden pen, to plastic tanks or tarpaulin tanks meant for raising fish or for fish pond in the metropolitan area be it 12ft x 8ft, or 20ft x 10ft depending on the space available to install the pen.
