U can just send a paid mail to UKVI or better still, u can reply a paid mail sent for visa application status & request for ur brp letter.

Some people that didn't get automated reply later got refusal mail because UKVI didn't receive it. Also check to make sure you are sending to the right email.

Biometrics was done since on the 10th Nov., NSF mail received & was replied to. Decision made mail received since on d 23rd Nov.,. Been seriously waiting for collection mail since then. What's d way out to this...Ikeja tls.

I don't know what I have done wrong o since 30th it has been showing transferred to VAC. I was sent a message that decision has been made since 30th. It hasn't changed to received by VAC. Biometric was 9th of November. Anybody facing the same thing should signify.

I haven't been issued CAS. I have actually been awaiting pre-cas interview but I read here that there's no pre-cas interview again, dont know how true though. Let's be hopeful for CAS from nextweek.
