it would be about 9months for government to set up the committee to access the road whether it is fit for repairs, another 6months for committee to present report, another 8months for government to publish an advert for companies to come and bid.
3months to award contract to the company.
8months to mobilize the company, 2months for company to be on site.
about a year before company delivers 60% of project, another 3month delay for government to pay the second part of the mobilization. in all top most 5years or 6years, that's why nature is good to us in Nigeria

No its not just my own theory, I had a friend in Malaysia who witnessed a colleague being thrown off, although the guy was doing drug business, but they later reported the guy jumped off trying to evade arrest.
I've also read another story here on nairaland about a guy in the same Malaysia that jumped to his death.
Could this be a coincidence, or they just like jumping off buildings?

I think the Malaysian police are in the habit of throwing Nigerians with history of drug related offences off storey buildings to save them the cost of prosecution.
