i used joomla 3.4, the error occurs when i try to send using the contact us through e.mail. it keeps saying unable to instantiate mail function

Here is the cage dimension for a family:
height= 40cm, width= 60cm, lenght= 200cm and four partitions of 40cm with a passage way of abouth 15 x 15 cm. The partition separating the male from females shouldnt have a passage way. Be sure to use the right materials becos grasscutters gnaw on eveeything.
