Please, in the context of a civil servant or in the Nigerian Civil Service, what is the difference between B.Tech and B.Sc.
Why I asked the question is that: in my Organisation, people who graduated with Engineering are placed a step higher than those who graduated with B.Sc or B.Tech. For us who graduated with B.Tech, we spent 5years in school while those with B.Sc spent 4years in school.
I think it is unfair to place people who spent 5years in school in the same level and step with those who spent 4years.
Please does anybody know why this is done like this in Nigeria?
