Technology MarketRe: What's Your Experience With Airtel Network Customer Care Services? by adedara9: 8:19am On Jun 06, 2018
I've been with the Airtel network since 2010 when it was morphing from Zain to Airtel. There have been days when I have had to complain and other times I have reasons to be very happy. Like they say, "we won't lie and say it will never rain. But when it does, we will be there with our red umbrella". They got me covered to be honest. Recently, there have been network issues, but eventually they got sorted. This is my personal experience and I have no reason to leave at the moment.

PhonesRe: How To Stop Airtel Unsolicited Messages That Are Stealing Your Credit Yourself by adedara9: 2:17pm On May 07, 2018
A call or tweet to the Customer care twitter handle will do the magic. Tweet @Airtel_Care for a prompt assistance.
PMONEY6:
Airtel is the most useless network in the entire universe.
Imagine Airtel deducting #50 daily for an xyz service.
I can't even recharge my line anymore because of this nonsense.
Subscribers should be able to choose whether or not to activate a service, and not the reverse.
This unprofessional embarrassing attitude is too bad for business.

chrisbaxtian:
hello everyone. I just noticed that I can't access any app on my phone except opera mini and WhatsApp with my Airtel data bundle! I have tried clearing the cache and data of all my apps, but they don't open whenever I use my Airtel SIM (which is my main sim for browsing). I switched to MTN temporarily, and all apps were working perfectly, only that the MTN data bundle of 1.5GB did not last up to four days (na only one movie of 100mb I download o!). I have no choice but to go back to Airtel, but I need to fix this issue. Pls can anyone here profer a solution? thanks
PhonesRe: I Am Leaving Glo, But Confuse Between Etisalat & Airtel Network by adedara9: 3:26pm On Jan 12, 2017
I feel your pain bro and the solution is to move to Airtel cos data is cheap, browsing speed is fast, cheap call tariff plans. You have not enjoyed data until you use Airtel and the coverage is awesome. In all the cities and interior areas, I still enjoy speed and availability. Just try it, you will never experience a better network ever.
Joel3:
i think glo has frustrated me enough. I can't take it anymore. they should stick their cheaper data inside their anus.

now I am confused between Etisalat & Airtel. which network is most stable and fair data for N1000? and the code.

please advise.

Thinking it was an error from their server I proceed to check the usual bonus..I was given none...I attempted to make a call.I was told I had no credit on my phone..I decided to retry d pin...I got d greatest shock..d card has been used by me....been trying to call d customer care service is not going.

Saucekide25:
embarassedHello Nairalanders,i have been experiencing this awkward turn of events for the past two days and it seems the customer service ladies @ Airtel aren't able to rectify the issue.

Each time a call enters my phone, whether i receive it or not, Airtel deducts 4naira for sending me a notification that a certain number called me.

It has sucked well over 300naira for two days now and it seems Airtel doesn't know how to solve it.

Pls who's experiencing this At the Moment? And how did he/she rectify it?

Tnx
Airtel sha!!! Well, i got my own billing issues resolved when i contacted them via their twitter handle @airtel_care. Issue was sharperly resloved.
