Started from wood, carcass, l used 2*3= 200 pics at rates of #430, 2*4=140,rates of 550, 2*2=300,rates of #270 transportation, #15000, carpenters workmanship, #40,000, they have already pay for Omo onile before, for the aluminum longspan l used 0.55 for everything, so that it will be bold and thick, cost, #1600, per squametre over fall metre are, 370 square meter and l paid 5,000 for the bending of ridges claidind and eave angles, 10,k for transportation, and l collected #40,000 for installation, that is all about standard 4 bedroom flat,

don't forget that is not ordinary normal longs pan, its metcopo design, its usually 400gap from each others that is why, 2*3 plenty like that, thanks

Reason why we are opting for a Well instead of Bore-Hole is because it's Cheaper and very importantly, water can be fetched without Pumping machine.
The land is still a site not yet Fenced hence for security reasons, we can't do Bore-Hole now except we are ready to be moving around with Pumping Machine & Generator whenever we are not around.

With a well, we can still use Pumping machine when we are ready to else continue fetching manually.
If Bore-Hole becomes important later, we can get that one also
