adexkem: Denied visa with NABTECH result . . . The guy in question missed the 1st interview appointment. In other not 2 mis 2nd interview, i lodge him in hotel in my area cos he came frm Ilorin & we met in NL. The next day i took them 2 embassy and i left 2 my office. After d interview they came 2 my office and told me what happened. The CO interview her base on vocation. CO: did u went 2 school 2 learn fashion design or from d roadside shop. HER: i didnt go 2 d school i learnt it frm ... CO: Do have any SSCE certificate
? HER: she gave her ( CO ) NABTECH certificate. CO: Sorry we cant take NABTECH, do you have any other result ? HER: No. CO: sorry u are not qualify, she handover a letter 2 her. This is base on what they told me but I saw the letter that says u are denied because u didnt have the required EDUCATION OR WORK EXPERIENCE. Frm dis, i think NABTECH, fashion designer and any other vocations without SSCE are not accepted in Nigeria. Even if u learn ur vocation in school either govt approved or not without 5credits in SSCE is hard 2 get a visa under DV laws. In d past 5 years, if there is any1 dat got visa through lottery in Nigeria wit NABTECH or vocation wit 5credits in SSCE should educate house. . . Although when DV lottery 1st started, have heard of nanny, fashion designer, hair dresser amongst other vocations dat got DV visa witout SSCE, but i think d era has done pass.

About the release of results, it is automated and not manually done, so I believe it is released once. The saying about the fiscal year means u can check any time within that period not that if u don't win initially, you could win later. Be positive! U could win

Are U sayng the dvlottery winners is releasing at once,confirm frm others.

Again U said something last week but i kept silent, on d issue of $30 for dv application. B4 i said something i has did alot of research. I couldn't come to post rubbish to NL members to read because we are here to learnt,know mr perfect.

U can google bill passed on dvlottery by USA senate on march

Bussyme: gud day i red ur post: (1) d result is releasing batch by batch.

(2) police report,birth cert,medical, marriage cert if married & interl passport, all are needed when going to embassy. No stages for your documents to embassy but you must have everything b4 they attend to you.

(3) your child of 2 yrs must get interl passport even a month child must get it.

(4) your birth cert that lost,go to national population census of the state of your residing now,you will get real birth cert but make sure you have court affidavit b4 going there.

Lastly, the cost are:
police report = 8k
birth cert= 3k
medical=22k
interl passport=18k

9 days to D day. God have mercy on ur childs

temmytanny: I think she is staying in a state where the immigration law isnt strict. The only option she has now is to marry a greencard holder.

Bussyme: @temmytanny, US senate has finally approved $30 for applicant registration but it's DV 2015 not DV 2014.

So this yr registration for dvlottery ( DV 2014 ) is free.

ceejay80s: We have talked so much about dv lottery marriage,winners,how to go about it and so on but there's something that many hasn't spoken about, VOCATIONAL COURSES & HOW TO APPLY FOR ANY IF AVAILABLE IN NAIJA. Many who applied for the dv lottery and won had no SSCE school cert and those who had the cert did not meet the requirement of 5credit. ANY VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN NIGERIA ? Apart from these catering schools here

Bussyme: Well accepted & if you chect dv site and click nigeria you will see requirement for 9ja.WAEC,NECO & NABTEB is accepted. So fear not my guy. Tell ur wife to prepare well.

Let us know the mistake and i will advice that you should go wth it and don't allow that to boardng your mind. Know that the work experience without olevel is not accepted. Kindly go wth NABTEB to embassy and ready defend it.

I need, your prayer, I have submitted an entry for the year 2013 dv and i am hoping and praying that God should have mercy on me this year. i have been applying since about ten years now, but i have not been this serious and prayerful. I just pray that almighty Allah will accept our prayers this time around. Please my fellow forum member, can you please let me know the total amount a winner will need to process his diversity visa, i mean -visa processing fee, police report, medical examination, birth certificate and any other expenses which i have not mentioned. dramenda: Moki gbogbo ile oooo.let me start from here if you are holding an immigrant visa u don't need no BTA,secondly when going for your interview go with all your original doc.I play married while I was still single n struggling,I have to quickly arrange myself to the status I claimed I am.before the d day gan gan my wife is six month pregnant.funny they dint ask her nothing throughout the interview I was the one bombarded went there with two sitting result.I have a professional cerficate I was surprise na my ssce dem take interview me.I actually paid someone to sit for me in 2007.it was so difficult for me answering those question cus its don tay man finish secondary school.na my wife dey tell me the answer for my back.the CO wan get us but God pass am.I never knew the person I paid sat for accounting cus its on my online result but FUNNY it not of the nofication I was holding,men the guy disturb me gan ni ooo.until I told him its nigeria system that I remember a friend of mine that waec gave b3 in economic when he did not sit for it.that was my saving grace ooo. My people after the visa life for america no easy.make una open tread on that one make we enlighten una. How to settle fast n stuff.one more if with green card u can or you will become americana after five year,but u can enter canada without visa,u will need visa for london but that one na small thing u wey don dey yankee u pass all of dem any u go na welcome for you cus you are a legal resident in usa.make una no vex say the word no flow I don wan sleep after sisten hour double job I just say make I talk small.lol

Is SSCE your minimum qualification? I told you i had p7 in english and chem with 7 credits in others and it was acceptedm,maybe cos i had a B,eng with it sha i dont know. I believe they would take any one with 5credits cos i read in one of their website. I will try to search where i saw it. English and maths werent made compulsory.
