5) Air distribution System including how to size for Fan extractors and dispersion systems like diffusers, grilles and registers, smoke detectors, PLC etc.

6) 3D design and drafting for HVAC, Electrical Lightning and Power, Hot and cold water, sprinklers and smoke detectors etc.

7) Material Scheduling, MTO, Method statements, BOQ for projects using ongoing projects on our sites.

It hardly works this way in Nigeria system. Rather, search some upcoming media houses and volunteer to work for free. No man in his right mind will see you devoted to a job you didn't ask for a dime and allows you to go empty handed after a month.

Hello Op, I must commend you first for putting up 500k from saving. This is hard to come by among youths in the country.

My advice to you is that NEVER plunged into any business you are not skilled at. And don't give out your money to an unguided investment.

As a risk taker, I have done a lot of businesses and I am still trying on some now. There is no such magic in making it quick from business especially due to the economy. What works for others may not work for you.

I will implore you look around you and start off with what you have interest in with a little amount to reduce your risk.

Like me, I invest in ailing businesses i.e. buy a business form someone who complains it is not thriving well and I polish it and make cool cash and later flip it for higher price to another interested person.

This is my area of interest and my passion is to buy Nigeria Railway system someday. And other sectors that is not working.

I may not have said what you need to hear but it is my little advice to you.

Well you can as well venture into other means of making money, more profitable than this aching business.

What a wrong example in this family. Worse than Sodom and Gomorrah.

Wizkid already making it, other youths need to find legit means to make their moments in life count for the better.

No bragging thing especially if a woman proposes first. But from your story line, you seems not to find her attractive. Then continue the search you also may not know if the next girl doesn't find you suitable too.

This is very good. my question is this: what do you think about reading e books? Does it discourage reading unlike hard copies?

I don't usually go far when reading e-books.

Reading e-book has it's advantages but if you really want to read especially if you love highlighting points that you can easily refer to quickly, hard copy is good. People appreciate books when they see it on your book shelf and you could give it out as gift too.

Those books itemized by OP here are my best cakes when I started reading. Meanwhile, OP forgets to include one of Donald J. Trump's books on investment.
