It was during an exam and the teacher said "if i caught you cheating"

A guy sent this message to me this morning, i laughed when i saw it and i told a colleague i was going to call him and also post it on nairaland, i called him and he said he is a customer care representative of cbn, he asked me when last i used my atm card and i told him this morning, he said was it before i received the message and i said yes, he said which bank did i do my bvn...after everything, he now said how much do i have left in my acccount, i laughed and told him he is a thief and he should do something better with his life, he just ended call.

I believe this will help someone not to fall victim.

THE BUDGET OF CHANGE

After all the drama that followed the budget of change from the presentation by the President to the national assembly to the stealing or not stolen of the budget till it get to re presenting it to the national assembly again, finally the BMW prices was reduced drastically which is a plus to this government.

Hmmm...how come domestic spending within Aso villa was moved from N580 million naira to 1.7 billion naira, haba budget of change but why?

3.9 billion to renovate Aso villa, haba was there a major collapse that needs renovation ni?

Now the price of crude oil is going down like it wants to discover new oil and yet we have zero based budget of 'INFLATE THE PRICE' corruption and you are telling me all is well, do you know how the masses are suffering and not smiling again, is this the change this government promised the masses?

Oh Lord God, heal our land, guide our leaders right and help our youth to know the truth cos it's not too late for this government to get it right.

Which way Nigeria? Why are we acting like hypocrites? Several things we accused the past govt for, this present govt has started doing them, imagine what they are spending on cars, tyres, cooking utensils, traveling expenses... and majority of those who were shouting then have suddenly gone quiet because whatever our president does is correct, abi una too follow chop rice for presential villa?
In as much as i fully support the war against corruption, why being selective about it? Now because metuh has been vocal, efcc now realises he is corrupt, n.b if he is found guilty send him to jail, how about the dollarization palava that happened at the teslim balogun stadium during the APC presidential primaries, why is it that efcc has not gone after any of them.
How about when rivers govt indicted Amaechi of fraud while he was governor, how come, efcc has not called him for questions?
How about the website and borehole saga, how come our efcc is quiet?
Halliburton and siemens scandal, when will efcc start calling people for questioning?
I am not for any politician, but i feel prosecuting crimes without fear or favour will be the best way to go.

WHO IS THIS PUBLICITY FOR?
Gone are those days when tracts are being shared for the sole aim of winning souls but alas these days it's majorly all about publicity for various churches and not Jesus Christ.

Gone are those days when brethren will be preaching in the bus and after everything will conclude by saying find a bible believing church in your area and worship with them but these days, it's all about come to my church to the extent that some will even tell asides there denomination, every other denomination is not correct.

You try to watch a Christian program and all is centered around the denomination and not Christ

Some brethren even exalt the pastor above Jesus Christ and you begin to ask who is working the work through the man of God.

Well I still believe despite all these wrong acts, there are still brethren who are yet to bow to the publicity of the church.

Am not saying you cant invite people to your church or talk about it to people but when doing it focus more on God than the pastor or the denomination.

O Lord re awaken in us the spirit of the old time revival when it was all about you and not about the man of God or denominations. Amen.

These are some of my submission between a MAN OF GOD and a MAN OF MONEY who disguises as a MAN OF GOD.

A man of God will collect from you and you will have surplus...Elijah and the widow of zeraphath while a man of money will collect from you and you will go broke

A man of God will always
minister as an oracle of God while a man of money will always minister as an oracle of money

A man of God will always give when needs arise but a man of money will prefer to do fund raising by saying the Holy Spirit told him that certain no of people will need to give certain amount of money eg 10 people to give 1 million naira each till it gets to 50 people to give 200 naira and after everything, he takes the lion share.
N.b Am not saying seed of faith is wrong o but be led by the Holy Spirit as regards where you are planting your seed.

A man of God will always show love to the needy but a man of money will never reckon with them.

A man of God will always minister the truth because God is his source while a man of money will always minister what the people want to hear because he believes they are the source of his daily bread

A man of God will always preach Christ but a man of money will always preach my church.

Oh Lord God, purge your church of men of money who disguise as men of God in Jesus name, amen.

Am not focusing on the wrong but re awaken the church leadership and followers about how it was in the beginning. You wil agree that the church is now conforming to the things of the world. In all, the church will get it right again in Jesus name. Stay blessed.

If you read read your bible very well you would know that it is the Lord that is building His church. And I know He is doing a very good job. But you, by your post, think He is not doing a good job, and that He left the church today worse than the early church.
If you also study your bible very well, you would know that the glory of the later house is far better than that of the former. Besides, the path of the righteous is as a shining light that shines brighter and brighter unto the perfect day. In other words, the church is better and more effective today than it was back then. The church will be better next year than it is today. That's how it works. Why? Becaue the Lord who builds His church neither slumbers nor sleeps.

Stop looking at the wrong thing. If God was looking at the sin of the world He wouldn't have sent the Lord Jesus to save the world. So when you look at the church, look with the eyes of the Spirit.

The early church shared what they had in common, but that was not a commandment. When the Apostle Paul came on the scene, the church had grown spiritually and numerically, so they were no longer doing that. The Apostle Paul took the work of the ministry to another level and to distant lands outside Israel. So the church had grown beyond 120, and so couldn't be sharing things in common. They now had churches here and there, and were not even meeting at the same place.

Don't find yourself saying that church is worldly, and worse than the early church. That's not the way the spiritually minded talk. Do I mean there are no challenges in the church? A thousand times no. But we share the word with those who are facing challenges to their walk with the Lord and pray for them, adding that which every joint should supply, and thereby cause growth and development in His body. Don't join the devil and spread evil words about the church.

Some of my observations about the EARLY CHURCH and the MODERN CHURCH

The EARLY CHURCH, men saw their life styles and called them CHRISTIANS but the MODERN CHURCH perhaps through our carrying of bible men will assume we are CHRISTIANS because there is no correlation between our lives and the Christian faith.

THE EARLY CHURCH according to the scriptures shared everything they had in common but THE MODERN CHURCH it's all about to your tent o ye Israel

THE EARLY CHURCH appoints men who are full of faith and Holy spirit into position of authority but the MODERN CHURCH appoints men who are full of cash and influence into position of authority.

THE EARLY CHURCH message is all about reconciling men back to God via the gospel of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ while the MODERN CHURCH message is all about come to my church.

The EARLY CHURCH influenced the world but this days, THE MODERN CHURCH is being influenced by the world.

We pray this day that the Lord will rekindle the fire and revival as of old in the church of today so that the church will be a guide to the nations again in Jesus name, amen.

One of the reasons why talented brethren leave the church for the world is because the church has refused to invest in them.

Imagine a scenario where this talented brethren will have to beg to show case his or talent in a program and the same church is willing to spend millions on a mega star as special guest.

The talented brethren would have spent time rehearsing, praying and fasting to do well in an event and on that day, you hurry him up without even a thank you but our mega super star can have all the time because we paid money to invite him for d event.

The church sees no reason why he should invest in the training of the talented brethren but the same church is quick to say they are not committed.

Brethren has no job but committed to the church yet the church feels why should he be sent on an empowerment program but brethren after years of hoping on God gets a good job and he no longer gets committed like before with church activities, the church will be quick to judge him by saying he has backslided or better still not committed...

This epistle is not to condemn the church but to awake some church leaders who are guilty of these acts because for every brethren that comes your way, you will definitely be asked questions from the one who called you.
