Head knowledge: you gather knowledge without checking whether it is right or not while Heart knowledge: you are like the Berean Christians.

The difference between pastor and pastorpreneur

A pastor is a shepherd who takes care of the sheep while a pastorpreneur is a business man with the title of a pastor who cares less about the sheep

A pastor will collect from the congregation and the congregation will never lack like the case of Elijah and the widow of zeraphath while A pastorpreneur will collect from the congregation and the congregation will still go broke while he(pastorpreneur)is living large

A pastor will go an extramile to make sure his members are fine by visiting them, praying for them and sometimes meeting their financial needs irrespective of their class in the society while a pastorpreneur will only visit the wealthy members so that he wont go empty handed, tell them he is always praying for them so that he can impress them.

A pastor will always speak the mind of God to the congregation whether it is pleasing to them or not while a pastorpreneur will always tell the congregation what he wants them to hear.

A pastor will always rely on the Holy spirt while a pastorpreneur will always depend on head knowledge.

A pastor will ask the congregation to give for needs to be met while a pastorpreneur will ask the congregation to give for his own needs to be met.

Lord God, deliver your church from pastorpreneurs and strengthen the pastors more to excel in their callings in Jesus name, amen.

A shoe company sent two of their staff to a town where nobody wears shoes for business survey, one of the staff came back and said, the town is not good for their kind of business because they don't wear shoes while the other said the town is a fertile land for their business to prosper, all they need to do is to create awareness on why they have to wear shoes, go to the town head, give him and his household free shoes to wear (PR)and he believes they will become the pioneer of shoe factory in that land, the management listened to him and they gave it a try, alas it worked and within a short while, every body started wearing shoes and the shoe company was always smiling to the bank.
