The subject matter is ,who is the authentic local government administrations to release funds for ? Why was it difficult for federal and state government to collaborate in releasing funds for the local government PS to manage the affaire of the local government till they have political or legal solution to the problems on ground? Many Nigeria politicians and Citizens only care about their selfish interest and what they like not what is right . What makes it so difficult for Nigerians Governor's to allow local government Autonomy's that will be beneficial to the Grass roots in their states if not their greediness. We should stop focusing only the federal government that has nothing much to offer Nigerians to the grass roots than their pads or unfavorable policy but locals and states has much to do in empowering Nigerians.
