- free education to all children
- free basic healthcare to all residents
- law and order
- refuse collection
- road maintenance

and other government services and public utilities if not adequate number of well paid civil servants

Still revolving around government works as if it can bring reasonable development for the country than usual dependants. We should all clamour for more privates partnership than to depend on government employments that only give avenue for looting.
