Its pure witchcraft. I xperience it at school, after studio we remain behind to watch a movie 'The Nun' a horrow movie, we finished, then we started gist about witchcraft and occultic stuffs. from the storyline, I tot it was the criminal the police were chasing that killed Abigail not knowing she herself cos her death. it seems she was destined to die dt particular Monday cos assuming mark sex her with d TT drug, he fit kill Abigail but mark did not, also Rebecca tried her own part but did not succeed and left with annoyance, Lucas show for the play was not tempted and had to push Abigail off him whereby hitting her head on d wall but she no die, Jennifer con top Abigail 1000ways to die by continuously hitting Abigail head on d wooden table but death did not knock Abigail.
now imagine ordinary slipping of her leg cos her hitting her head on d wooden bed of mark and no one to rescue her, hench her death. my questions are, why did Lucas not reach his friends and confess to them since he is a preacher, why did Brian, mark, Jeffery did not reach mark also. but this a story that if really it happened, some area have been twisted.

In answer to your question, Lucas thought she died when he pushed her, he got scared and that's why he couldn't tell his friends to avoid going to jail.

Brian and Jeffery weren't there when she died and they tried their best in saving Mark, if you read well, they were the ones finding things relating to her death.
