Deducing from all evidence I have two answers
1) He is not dead but relaxing his mind as a result of an unsteady state of mind

2) Though there are blood stains on his shirt but not on the floor, a broken bottle as a result of it been smashed on the wall, a person running outside the window towards a vertical direction and not sideways or an oppposite direction, a gun on the floor and other evidence....

I believe even if he were to be dead it is an Homicide as a result of of an unsteady mind leading to taking alchohol which doesn't lower the state of mind but rather intensifies it in such situations.
Therefore, the victim caused every act in that room.

That's clearly suicide due to severe depression. If u notice the wall there is an image of the stock market crashing down this is frustrating to him as he tried to use his laptop to solve such problems but out of frustration he trow objects around the office. The wall to the right showed evidence of him throwing may be a vase on the wall to vent his anger Cuz from that angle he could be the only one to have thrown the vase from where he was sitting. the chair upside down was his doing as he paced the room thinking of a possible solution to the plummeting stock remember he is under severe pressure from his office. D papers and other objects on the floor was thrown around by the man to vent his frustration till he sat down to think that the only solution wud be to kill himself and relieve himself from this depression. If it were a case of robbery the laptop wud be stolen but this isnt such a case. Also, it is possible to be sitted comfortably as u take poisonoss substance to commit suicide.

suicide I think . see the chart of his company on the wall, things weren't looking good. there's also a sad drawing under the table. laptop and items are intact so we can rule out theft also since the man running outside isn't carrying anything. anyone who hears a gunshot that close would be running.

dude was probably frustrated, hence the scattering of his office and throwing of a drink on the wall before taking his own life.

I respect everyone be it old, young, man or woman. before you misinterpret my thread my respect is not gender base like the society expect everyman to exhibit. Just because you are a woman and I came out of one doesn't mean you automatically earn my respect like Nigerian girls believe.

My respect can be as a result of attraction, I just tend to respect ladies with big ass, ladies without it are just seen like every other person. by big ass I meant BIG ASS it's not by wearing very tight outfit to display your average or small ass. I mean an ass you can see from 2miles away wearing just wrapper.
