His movies are inspiring and their are always one or two lessons to learn. Back in the days, not attending church for just 1 sunday in a month makes one feel so guilty and incomplete but nowadays, one can stay months without attending church or any church program.
It is even getting more worst as one gets more learned and exposed.
Can I maintain my relationship with God without attending church on Sundays?

You need to have personal relationship/encounter with God, ask Him where he want you to serve. Same thing happened to me some years back. In my own case, I was almost an atheist but I fought with that spirit within me. I prayed that prayer and God answered, God led me to where I worship today in a miraculous way.

A lot of people learnt the bad acts on social media, i stumbled on a website where youths are taking tutorials on how to scam, how to use guns and other illegal acts. The love of worldly things is what is pushing most of them, they want to impress their friends and enemies, they want them to know that they have arrived. Parents needs to teach morals and instill the fear of God in their kids the more after all it is because of morals and the fear of God that hasn't made some of us gone astray. Some of the churches do not support corruption. don't steal, don't pick what is not yours, be humble, do not look down on anybody, there is dignity in labour etc At the end of it some people will not hear all they know is to copy westerners.

Her boyfriends in the village may be the ones calling her but still you need to be careful for security reasons. Our own is not allowed to use a phone. My mum allowed her to choose any day she wants in a week to use her phone for 24hrs, she usually drop it in the main building table the following day by 5am. is it not social media? Most people cannot comprehend, don't be surprised they did not read anything talk less of watching video. If you are not careful they will pollute your mind. More reason I dont check nairaland religion section, I only read some of the threads pertaining to religion on front-page.

What point did you raised? Your comments was based on the church not helping those that needed help, that instead they tell them to go and pray. I told you to meet your church leaders and not individuals. I see you were already diverting to the talk of the church having a school that some members cannot afford to send their children to, and how you've been supporting the school( I don't know how you have been supporting the school though...) Then you said I am supporting evil. The fact that my comments were not right with you does not mean i am wrong. FYI, I voted for Buhari, because a lot of people around me have nothing good to say about Atiku. I would have love to vote that AAC guy but i know he wont win because we Nigerians are not ready for change. Why should I blame politicians for my woes when there is none. I am not someone you can brainwash, the fact that I supported my pastor and the church means I know the truth. All Pentecostal churches have this in common, even in RCCG, as common as education is important to national development, 80% of stress in Nigeria is from school runs, yet most of the church's schools are beyond the reach of the common members, if the churches want to impact/giving back to the society, their shoools should be affordable and I don't need to go beg them for school fees when my church have a school that I am contributing to.
You create more problems because you can not attend to all the needs of the people coming for help.
