Jesus took a human body to save our bodies.
And he took a human mind to save our minds.
Without becoming man in his emotions, he could not have saved our emotions.
And without taking a human will, he could not save our will.

Besides, when Jesus was tempted by the devil, he exhibited here His human nature by applying the word of God to subdue the temptation from the devil. The lesson learnt here is that we should always apply the word of God when we face any form of temptation. However, there is no way you will use what you don't know. You must study and practise the word of God before you use it.
If not because of the human nature of Jesus, people would have had a lot of excuses before God like the reason why they keep falling into temptation is because Jesus came in His Divine nature alone. LET US BEGIN:

Yahweh, which in English is translated Jehovah, is indeed one of the names of God and it is found no less than 6,823 times in the Old Testament!
One of the reasons there is confusion is that at some point in time, pious Jews thought it was irreverent to use this name and they exchanged the word Yahweh with the Hebrew word adonay, which in English is translated Lord.
The majority of English translations use the words THE LORD instead of the proper word Jehovah.
I know of only two translations that use the word Jehovah, the “New Translation” by John Nelson Darby and the “American Standard Version.”

The word Yahweh means “the ever-existing One.”
The significance of this name is brought out beautifully in Exodus 3:13-15 which says,

In comparing Isaiah 40:3 with Mark 1:1-3, we see the same sublime truth.

In Mark 1:1-3 we read, “The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make ye ready the way of the Lord, Make His paths straight.”

This wonderful prophecy was fulfilled by John the Baptist and Jesus Christ!

Jesus has a human body, emotions, mind, and will. And this in no way compromises his deity.

When the Word became flesh—when the eternal Son of God took on full humanity—he did not merely become human in part. He fully became truly human.

In John chapter 1:

Verse 1: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Verse 2: The same was in the beginning with God.

Verse 14: And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

JESUS’ HUMAN BODY:

It is clear enough from the New Testament that Jesus has a human body.
John 1:14 means at least this, and more: “The Word became flesh.”

PROOFS OF JESUS’ HUMAN BODY:
(a) Jesus’ humanity is one of the first tests of orthodoxy (1 John 4:2; 2 John 7).
(b) Jesus was born (Luke 2:7).
(c) He grew (Luke 2:40, 52).
(d) He grew tired (John 4:6) and
(e) He got thirsty (John 19:28) and
(f) He was hungry (Matthew 4:2).

Throughout the Gospels, Jesus clearly displays human emotions.

(a) When Jesus heard the centurion’s words of faith, “he marveled” (Matthew 8:10).
(b) He says in Matthew 26:38 that his “soul is very sorrowful, even to death.”
(c) In John 11:33–35, Jesus is “deeply moved in his spirit and greatly troubled” and even weeps.
(d) John 12:27 says, “Now is my soul troubled,”
(e) and in John 13:21, he is “troubled in his spirit.”
(f) The author to the Hebrews writes that “Jesus offered up prayers and supplications, with loud cries and tears” (Hebrews 5:7)
(g) John Calvin memorably summed it up: “Christ has put on our feelings along with our flesh.”

Jesus also has a human mind. Two key texts make this undeniable:

Luke 2:52: “Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man.”

Mark 13:32: “Concerning that day or that hour, no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.”

Are you also aware that this dogma was taught and defended by the Catholic Church 1200 years before Protestantism. It is therefore a Catholic teaching that Protestants are copying. If your source was unbiased it should mainly have referenced the Catholic Council of Chalcedon.

Jesus is the Word who was God and was with God and was made flesh (John 1:1, 14).
This means that in the single person of Jesus he has both a human and divine nature, God and man.
The divine nature was not changed when the Word became flesh (John 1:1, 14).

The Communicatio Idiomatum

A doctrine that is related to the Hypostatic Union is the communicatio idiomatum (Latin for "communication of properties" ). This is the teaching that the attributes of both the divine and human natures are ascribed to the one person of Jesus. This means that the man Jesus could lay claim to the glory He had with the Father before the world was made (John 17:5), claim that He descended from heaven (John 3:13), and also claim omnipresence (Matt. 28:20). All of these are divine qualities that are laid claim to by Jesus; therefore, the attributes of the divine properties were claimed by the person of Jesus.

One of the most common errors that non-Christian cults make is not understanding the two natures of Christ. For example, the Jehovah's Witnesses focus on Jesus' humanity and ignore His divinity. They repeatedly quote verses dealing with Jesus as a man and try to set them against Scripture showing that Jesus is also divine. On the other hand, the Christian Scientists do the reverse. They focus on the Scriptures showing Jesus' divinity to the extent of denying His true humanity.

For a proper understanding of Jesus and, therefore, all other doctrines that relate to Him, His two natures must be properly understood and defined. Jesus is one person with two natures. This is why He would grow in wisdom and stature (Luke 2:52) and yet know all things (John 21:17). He is the Divine Word that became flesh (John 1:1, 14).

The Bible is about Jesus (John 5:39). The prophets prophesied about Him (Acts 10:43). The Father bore witness of Him (John 5:37; 8:18). The Holy Spirit bore witness of Him (John 15:26). The works Jesus did bear witness of Him (John 5:36; 10:25). The multitudes bore witness of Him (John 12:17). And, Jesus bore witness of Himself (John 14:6; 18:6).

Other verses to consider when examining His deity are John 10:30-33; 20:28; Col. 2:9; Phil. 2:5-8; Heb. 1:6-8; and 2 Pet. 1:1.
1 Tim. 2:5 says, "For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." Right now, there is an advocate in heaven on the throne of God. He is our advocate with the Father (1 John 2:1). He is our Savior (Titus 2:13). He is our Lord (Rom. 10:9-10). He is Jesus.

Look at the bottom of the image, this abomination also says that Mary mediates/dispenses the grace of God. This is insanity when compared with the Bible. Why is light emitting from her wounds? Jesus is supposedly still in her womb, an unborn child totally dependent on her-- meanwhile she's all powerful! You may wonder that "Catholics believe Jesus is a Mama's Boy".

Did you know that the Bible talks about the queen of heaven? It does. The queen of heaven is A PAGAN GODDESS, A DEVIL-- Jeremiah 7:18 The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the QUEEN OF HEAVEN, and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may provoke me to anger.

Sacrifices to strange gods are sacrifices to devils--

Deuteronomy 32:16-17 They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger. They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.

THIS IS THE SCRIPTURAL PROOF OF HOW MARY WAS BAPTIZED BY WATER AND BY THE HOLY SPIRIT

In the above verses, it is evident that Mary was present on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:1), she was part of those that were filled with the Holy Ghost and that spoke with other tongues (Acts 2:4).
She must have had her WATER BAPTISM before the HOLY GHOST BAPTISM. That is a fact! Because Holy Spirit can never reside in you if you have not accepted the Lord into your life

This means that Mary is not in Heaven simply because she is the Mother of Jesus but she needed Jesus Christ, her Saviour and her Lord (Luke 1:46) before she could get to Heaven. She got born again with the evidence of the above Bible verses.

NOTE: Mary is constantly referred to as "Mother of Jesus" in the Bible but the Catholics keep referring to her as Mother of .....that will be another topic for another day by the grace of God.

Typing the details (with BIBLE REFERENCES) why Mary of the Holy Bible is NOT the QUEEN OF HEAVEN and such title does not or will never exist in Heaven. I do not need to get to Heaven before I know this. To answer your questions, let me start by asking: are the saints still alive here on earth?
Who is really a saint?
A saint is one who is recognized as being holy or virtuous and typically regarded as being in Heaven after their DEATH.
To us here on earth, they died and after which they live with Christ (SAINT).

So to God alone, He knows that they live but not dead.

How do you know whether or not some catholic priests are dying or still lives in Heaven?

Whether you believe this or not, note that not every priest, pope, pastor, church member, reverend father, evangelist, church worker or prophet who die here on earth and end up in Heaven with Christ.

The Bible says so in Matthew 7:21, "Not every one saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in Heaven."

WHAT IS THIS WILL OF MY FATHER?
It is found in John 13:34, 15:12, 15:10, 14:21 and this will of God is further expanded in Matthew 22:36-39 by the Lord Jesus.

If you observe this will of God in Matthew 22:36-39 with the help of the Holy Spirit, you have kept all the laws through the prophets. (Matthew 22:40).

If you say you love God, you have to keep His commandment by staying away from bowing down before and praying to a mere graven image made by mortal men and that has eyes, legs and mouth but can never see, walk and talk respectively.

Some ministers of God may look good, holy or virtuous in our eyes, in dressing, in the way they talk here on earth and even after their death, people may still value them to be in Heaven but these people never knew and still don't know that the words of Jesus Christ in Matthew 7:23 might have been spoken to them.
Yeah!!! They are in agony and in restlessness but the people on earth are still remembering them or praising the works they left behind and in fact, the world may even CANONIZE them or give them the special title "SAINT".

Surely, Mary, Stephen, Peter and many others in the Bible and off the Bible who have lived up to the God's standard of holiness, truth and righteousness are part of the saints in Heaven.

However, how did/do the Roman Catholic church determine or know some priests or popes to be canonized and while others, nothing for them from the RCC?

Well, note this very carefully that traditions and doctrines are NOT the problems but the UNBIBLICAL traditions and doctrines that are found mostly in the Roman Catholic Church and many other churches are really the PROBLEMS.

Any doctrine that is made by a church which is against what the gospel of Christ Jesus stands for should be openly criticized and discarded in order to avoid many being deceived.

Church doctrines, which could be different, are expected to be made from the scriptures with the ultimate intention of propagating the gospel and the love of Jesus ALONE ALONE and ALONE but not that of Mary or any saint in Heaven - 2Timothy 3:16-17.
