I once had a bitter experience with Témi. A traveling pressing iron was advertised at 5.5k and mp3 player around the same price. All items l bought was 25k+. Only to receive pressing iron mat, mp3 holder among other items.
The agent refused to return them unless l pay additional fees and when l invoked the refund policy, l was offered 2.5k refund and to keep the item.
Till now my account with Tému stands at that price and anytime requested to buy item with it, l would be asked to buy item of 30k above.
This is not greed but Tému is a fraud of highest order. Well articulated.
I remain loyal to my Jumia.
