Hmmm, so much story learn for, I have been in the business for 6month now and I have my ugly experiences like mistakenly transferring 20k instead of 2k to a customers account. Giving out 60k without knowing the transaction wasnt successful , wised us as time passes by and was able to detect scammers who almost duped me of 20k. While the good part is regardless of all this hurdles . My profit margin is always smiling. In all I am grateful to God.
My question to the house is , I am trying bro open a new branch, I need advice on how to monitor sales rep to prevent theft and running down my business. Your advice are appreciated in advance. Thanks

I just logged into my Arm mmf this morning to check the progress of my fund and I must say I wasn't a bit happy, the current yield is at 3.14%, I am contemplating on moving my fund bck to my savings account and lock up my fund for a year, that still yields up to 13% thereabout instead of this mmf dropping rate everyday, or do anyone has a better option for me. I have been using the Nokia 4.2 for 5 weeks & this is my review.
The phone is sleek, beautiful & has a wonderful grip regardless of the glass back. Holding it with one hand is stress-free.
The camera is sharp & crisp when light is available but it goes to sh*t in darkness. The camera app is slow & shutter speed is even slower. You got to wait for 1-2secs for capture. This won't annoy you except you are a picture freak.
The battery of the phone is good not great. It can carry you the whole day but you must minimise usage if you don't want to charge twice. Heavy users will be disappointed, only average users wont complain.
Call quality is superb, screen is bright & readable even under direct sunlight, loudspeaker is not too shabby but it could be louder for the price tag.
The front glass has no form of protection whatsoever even against the littlest scratches. Even pulling it out of your pocket can scratch it & i say this out of experience. For a phone with this price tag, its a huge letdown. The back glass is the same thing albeit better because you dont get to look at it as much as you do the screen. Of course there are options of cases & screen guards but that just take the beauty of the phone away.
In all the phone is average on performance, no lags or delays, apps open smoothly. The battery is somewhere between average & a tiny bit above average. The camera is decent for Normal captures but falls short for more pro shots. The front & back glass is a disappointment as they scratch on slight contact with other objects except you want cases & screen guards.
Good buy for average users but there is definitely better in the market in this price range

I am currently using ds fone, I can't but agree with you, infact the front and back glass got broken from fall, pls I want to ask, is it the screen that got broken or the glass, I want yo know if it comes with an extra glass on the screen... Thanks

I started with arm mmf middle of February with 200k and have been tracking my accrued interest amount, as at thursday it was over N3, 300. Only for me to login now to see that my accrued investment is now zero been but my investment amount of 200k still showing on the dashboard. What could be the problem? I have sent a mail to their customer care, awaiting their response...

I am experiencing the same thing oooo, the interest accrued isn't accurate.....I hope its a mistake

for the herbicide yes while for the insecticide if only the situation of the farm warrants it, i was anyway advice to wait until the maize starts coming out b4 taking any step but left to me i believe its better to prevent than curing

herbicide kills the weeds while insecticide deals with the insect, so both have their different role they play
