Pectoris: You can enter camp a day before it opens, I served in Akwa Ibom too and during my time I arrived camp a day before the official opening, there are camp officials there, the gate is open, u can sleep in one of d hostels, but have to get up early and line up at d gate to be registered.

Going on Monday doesn't mean you will get the kit on Monday. .registration starts on Tuesday.

but going on Tuesday, you will get their late in the night

Dinocarex: Hello, if ure going to Akwa-Ibom from Ibadan, this is for you. Today, I made some enquiries from 2 transport companies. Cross Country and AKTC transport.
For Aktc transport; located @ samonda opposite Accord party house, the prices varies according to the type of bus. A/c bus goes for 4,460 yl bus wif no AC is 3260 only. Although, dr is no arrangement to drop us in camp. I spoke to the manager (08026310388) and he made an exemption that only if we can have up to 7 corpers in either of the bus, dy'll drop us in camp wif extra charges tho... Which is quite good.

And for cross country.. Straight to camp is 5K.
I'm leaving on tuesday, which means I'll be buying d ticket on Monday. Pls for us traveling from IB. Lemme knw ur plan..

Guys from UI are planning to go on Monday from AKTC.... but I'm going from Lag o.

The two main purpose of a university is LEARNING and RESEARCH and the great Obafemi Awolowo is doing great and wonderfully well when it comes to those aspect that is Learning and Research.
In that important two aspects, OAU will stand toe to toe with most of Nigeria best Universities like UI, UNN n ABU.

However, the truth be told, all Nigerian Universities are faced with different problems and challenges of which OAU is not excluded. OAU major problem is the instability and inconsistency of her Academic Calendar due To one crisis or the other. The students of the Great OAU are forever conscious and have great unity in Students' Unionism which allow for protest and other demonstration. There are other internal crisis that also lead to the closure of the school.

Another, thing I observed about OAU is that the facilities and buildings are not properly managed by the university management.
.
However, OAU is still one of the best university in Nigeria.

Godspearl: I had a lot of roommates while in school (15) 4 in a room from 100level to 600 except 200 when I stayed off-campus.100 level 1of my roommate ok my bunkky like putting her stuffs on my bed cuz I was closer to d wardrobe which I don't like,400 level 1 of my roomate farts too much chai,500level my coursemate who happens to be my roommate uses my stuff without my consent and she begs too much(ojukokoro),600level my roommate brings too many guys into d room which makes me uncomfortable. My view of Abortion depend on the consequence that resulted in the pregnancy in the first place.

Let me put it simple and straight, if the pregnancy is as a result of rape, then I support abortion .

However, if the pregnancy is as a result of the enjoyment she had with her bf, sugar daddy or who so ever, then Abortion is a sin for her because she enjoyed and consented to the action that brought about the pregnancy in the first place...
